This Request For Proposals (The “Rfp”) Is An Invitation By Strathcona County (The “County”) To Prospective Proponents To Submit Proposals For Festival Place Building Envelope Assessment And Design, As Further Described In Section A Of The Rfp Particulars (Appendix A) (The “Deliverables”).The County Is Seeking A Supplier Who Can Assess Festival Place’S Building Envelope To Identify Causes Of Water Infiltration, Using Inspections, Testing, And Advanced Diagnostic Tools, And Deliver A Comprehensive Report With Photos, Sketches, Prioritized Repair Strategies, Cost Estimates, And Timelines. Additionally, If Approved To Proceed To Phase 2, The Supplier Will Prepare Detailed Design Specifications That Include Drawings, And Technical Documents, Ensuring Compliance With Codes, Warranties, And Long-Term Performance Standards. The Supplier Will Then Assist With Procurement And Provide Contract Administration, Including Site Inspections, Quality Control Testing, Change Management, And Delivery Of As-Built Record Drawings.Festival Place Is Located At 100 Festival Place, Sherwood Park, Ab T8a 5T2.
