The Assignment Includes The Following Activities: • Bus Transport For One-Day Activities (Domestic And Foreign); • Bus Transport For Multi-Day Activities (Domestic And Foreign); The Following Items Are Not Included In The Scope: • Taxi Transport • Package Trips (Total Packages Where Transport And Accommodation Are Booked In One). More Information Can Be Found In The Guidelines. The Size Of The Assignment In Recent Years Was Approximately € 110,000 Including Vat Per Year (See Also Appendix 7 For The Overview Of Journeys Over The Past 4 Years). The Client Estimates The Value Of This Agreement (Over Four Years) At €450,000 Including Vat. An Estimate Is Made Of The Influence That The Developments Have. The Size Of The Assignment May Differ From Year To Year And May Decrease Or Increase Over The Years As A Result Of The Decrease In The Number Of Students In Secondary Education And/Or As A Result Of Changes In The Educational Programs. No Rights Can Be Derived From The Stated Numbers. The Client Only Issues Orders For Bus Transport Through The Facility Services Department. The Facilities Department Is Responsible For Requesting Quotes And Booking Bus Rides. The Maximum Value Of The Framework Agreement Has Been Set At A Maximum Total Of €750,000 Including Vat. Future Indexations Have Been Taken Into Account. If The Specified Scope Is Realized Earlier Than The End Date Of The Framework Agreement, The Agreement Will End.
