The Subject Of The Public Procurement Is The Selection Of A Contractor For Periodic Deliveries Of Materials And Consumables For Dental Implantology And Of Dental And Surgical Instruments And Suture Material, Also Called Goods Or Products, For The Needs Of The Faculty Of Dental Medicine (Fdm) And The University Medical And Dental Center (Umdc) At The Medical University Prof. Dr. Paraskev Stoyanov - Varna For Two Separate Positions, According To The Attached Technical Specification (Appendix No. 1.1÷No. 1.2), In Order To Ensure The Treatment And Diagnostic Activity During Practical Training Of Students And Doctoral Students, Post-Graduate Training Of Doctors In Dental Medicine, As Well As When Performing Scientific Activity At Fdm And At Umdc. The Quantities Specified In The Technical Specification For The Individual Items Are Estimated For 24 Months And Will Be Used To Evaluate The Offers. Requesting The Type And Quantity Of Goods Is Determined By The Contracting Authority Depending On Its Specific Needs And Financial Security. The Contracting Authority Is Not Bound By The Obligation To Exhaust The Indicated Maximum Permissible Value And Volume Of The Contract, And Reserves The Right To Order More And/Or Less Than The Estimated Quantities, Including To Declare Products That Are Not Included In The Technical Specification, Under The Conditions Described In Item 5 Of The Instructions - Option Upon Awarding. The Total Estimated Value Of This Public Procurement Is Bgn 1,133,250.00 Excluding Vat, Divided Into Two Separate Items (Op), As Follows: 1. Op No. 1 Materials And Consumables For Dental Implantology, With An Estimated Value Of Bgn 1,000,000.00 Excluding Vat, Of Which: 1.1. Total Value For Products Included In The Tc – Bgn 979,000.00 Without Vat; 1.2. Total Value For Products Not Included In The Vehicle (Option) – Bgn 21,000.00 Without Vat. 2. Op No. 2 Dental And Surgical Instruments And Suture Material, With An Estimated Value Of Bgn 133,250.00 Excluding Vat, Of Which: 2.1. Total Value For Products Included In The Tc - Bgn 128,000.00 Excluding Vat; 2.2. Total Value For Products Not Included In The Vehicle (Option) – Bgn 5,250.00 Excluding Vat. The Specified Estimated Value Represents The Maximum Allowable Value Of The Public Procurement Contract For The Specific Position(S) For Which The Participant Has Been Designated As The Contractor And The Contracting Authority Is Limited By It, But Is Not Obliged To Spend It. Estimated Quantity Of The Public Procurement: Under Op No. 1: 5,941 Units (Number, Set, Package), According To The Attached Technical Specification For The Specific Item (Appendix No. 1.1); Under Op No. 2: 1,401 Units (Number, Set, Packaging), According To The Attached Technical Specification For The Specific Item (Appendix No. 1.2).
