The Framework Agreement For Each Specific Item Will Be Concluded, On The Basis Of Art. 82, Para. 3 Of The Zop, According To Which Provision, When The Framework Agreement Does Not Specify All The Conditions And It Is Concluded With More Than One Person, For Each Contract To Be Concluded, The Contracting Authority Conducts An Internal Competitive Selection To Determine A Contractor. On The Basis Of The Framework Agreement, Specific Contracts Will Be Awarded For Implementation To The Contractors With Whom The Framework Agreement Has Been Concluded Under The Relevant Specific Item. The Types Of Activities That The Contractors Should Perform In The Execution Of The Specific Contracts Concluded As A Result Of The Framework Agreement Are As Follows: - Preparation Of Documentation For The Properties Affected During The Repair Activities, Identification Of Owners Or Users/Lessees Of Lands, Determining The Amount Of Compensation For Destroyed Crops Or Lost Benefits From Lands And/Or Damage Caused During The Repair Activities, According To Market Evaluations Prepared By A Licensed Independent Appraiser (Agreed By The Contracting Authority) And Carrying Out Procedures For Payment Of Compensation, According To The Provisions Of The Energy Act (Ze) And The Law On Territorial Planning (Zut), Which Benefits Are Paid By The Contracting Authority. - Temporary Construction - Preparation For Implementation Of Construction - Assembly Works, Mobilization And Demobilization; - Delivery Of Materials; - Dismantling And Construction - Assembly Works (Smr); - Carrying Out Measurements - Control Of The Density Of The Anti-Corrosion Coating; - Compilation Of Executive Documentation; - Activities Of Signing A Finding Protocol To Establish The Suitability For Use Of The Construction For Each Assigned Section. The Gas Pipeline Sections That Can Be Provided For Re-Insulation Have Diameters From Dn300 To Dn1200, And In Case Of Technological Necessity And At The Discretion Of The Contracting Authority, The Re-Insulation Of Gas Pipelines With A Smaller Diameter Than Dn300 Could Also Be Assigned. The Re-Insulation Of The Gas Pipeline Sections Includes The Replacement Of The Anti-Corrosion Coating Of The Gas Pipelines By Laying An Insulation System For The Isolation Of Pipelines Meeting The Requirements Of The Bds Standard En 12068/ En 12068 For System Class C 50 Or Equivalent And Essentially Constitutes A Current Repair. The Main Smp For Replacing The Anti-Corrosion Coating Of The Gas Pipeline Are: - Earth Works; - Installation And Dismantling Of Supports Under The Gas Pipeline; - Removal Of The Existing Insulation And Cleaning Of The Pipe Surface By Sandblasting With Blasting Slag; - Laying Of A New Anti-Corrosion Coating Performed As An Insulation System For The Isolation Of Pipelines Meeting The Requirements Of The Bds Standard En 12068/ En 12068 For System Class C 50 Or Equivalent; - Anti-Corrosion Coating Control.
