The Subject Of This Public Procurement Is: Supply Of Computer And Network Equipment For The Needs Of Icgb Jsc, Under Separate Positions, As Follows: Separate Position No. 1 Supply Of Computer Equipment For End Users; Separate Item No. 2 Delivery Of Network Equipment The Subject Of Each Of The Separate Items Includes The Supply Of Different Types Of Computer And Network Equipment, Specified In The Technical Specification For The Respective Separate Item. Deliveries For Each Of The Individual Items Are Divided Into Basic Quantities Of Goods And Additional Estimated Quantities Of Goods. The Main Quantities Of Goods Are The Subject Of The First Delivery Under The Contract And Are Delivered By The Contractor After The Conclusion Of The Contract For The Award Of The Public Procurement, And The Contracting Authority Will Not Make A Special Request (Invitation/Award) For Delivery For Them. The Additional Estimated Quantities Of Goods Are The Subject Of Separate Assignments By The Employer To The Contractor, Realized Within 24 Months From The Conclusion Of The Contract (Option). Individual Assignments Of Additional Quantities Are Realized In Accordance With The Procedure Of Art. 116, Paragraph 1, Item 1 Of The Public Procurement Act (Ppa), In Connection With Art. 5, Para. 1 Of The Regulations For The Implementation Of The Public Procurement Act (Pppa), By Signing An Additional Agreement To The Contract. The Contracting Authority Has No Obligation To Assign The Additional Estimated Quantities Of Goods, But Only Reserves The Right To Assign Them By Signing An Additional Agreement To The Contract Until The Estimated Quantities Are Reached, In Case Of Necessity. The Assignor Is Not Responsible In Case The Estimated Quantities Or Part Of Them Are Not Assigned, And There Is No Obligation To Purchase A Specific Quantity Of Goods From Them. The Subject Of Separate Item 1 Also Includes The Provision Of Operating System Installation Services, Installation In The Employers Network And Joining The Active Directory Of The Employers Ready To Go/Use: Ms Windows Autopilot Technology For The Notebook Computers Under Item 1, Item 2, Item 3 And Item 4 Of Section Iv Of The Technical Specification. The Services Are Provided For The Basic Quantity Of Goods As Well As For The Additional Quantities Of Goods (Option). The Subject Of Separate Item No. 2 Also Includes Provision Of The Following Services By The Contractor: 1. Preparation Of A Project Covering Development For Installation And Commissioning Of The Equipment Under Item 1 And Item 2 Of Section Iv Of The Technical Specification (A Total Of 4 Switches) In Accordance With The Network Requirements Of The Contracting Authority; 2. Installation In The Clients Server Premises Located In The City Of Sofia, Configuration According To The Developed And Approved Project, Migration, Stabilization And Commissioning Of The Network Equipment According To Item 1 And Item 2 Of Section Iv Of The Technical Specification; 3. Expert Services, In The Field Of Information Technologies, Related To The Delivered Equipment, Provided By The Contractor At The Request Of The Contracting Authority And Described In The Technical Specification.
