The Subject Of The Present Public Procurement Procedure Is The Selection Of A Contractor Who Will Conclude A Contract For The Implementation Of The First Stage Of The Site: Construction Of An Extension Of The Forest Park Sveta Marina, Pi With Identifiers 67800.36.68, 67800.36.480, 67800.36.479, 67800.36.488, 67800.36.529 And 67800.36.540 According To The Cadastral Map And Cadastral Registers /Kkkr/ Of The City Of Sozopol. Xvi-36.499,36.478,36.481 And Xvii-36.27. In Connection With The Amendment Of The Detailed Development Plan Of The Municipality Of Sozopol, Certificate No. 12-00-468 Of 25.1.2025 Was Issued With A Description Of The Changed Property Identifiers Described In The Technical Project, The Created Elements Of The Technical Infrastructure And New Objects Therein. The Municipality Of Sozopol Has An Investment Initiative To Build New Municipal Facilities Related To The Socio-Economic Development Of The Community And Intended To Permanently Satisfy Public Needs Of Local Importance. In This Regard, We Want To Realize A Municipal Park As A Continuation Of The Existing Forest Park Sveta Marina In Order To Create A Green Area With Various Functions, Promoting Sports Activities And Recreation. The Sveta Marina Municipal Park Is Located Southwest Of The City With Access Provided From Three Different Approaches, Which Create Conditions For Public Accessibility For A Large Number Of Visitors. The Project Aims To Create A New Lung For The City, Which Would Offer Relaxation In Nature, Places For Sports Or Just A Walk Between The City Of Sozopol And The Sveta Marina Area. The Project Will Be Implemented In Stages, And At The Moment We Have Secured Funding For The First Stage Of The Project, In Which, According To The Approved Investment Project Under The Parking And Landscaping Part, The Following Main Activities Are Planned For Implementation: - Delivery And Planting Of Coniferous And Deciduous Trees; - Delivery And Planting Of Coniferous Globular And Spreading Forms; - Delivery And Planting Of Deciduous Shrubs And Flowers; - Reconstruction Of Lawns And Earthworks; - Mulching; - Strengthening Of Trees - Deciduous And Coniferous - Supply And Installation Of Park Furniture - Gabions, Decorative Benches And Benches; - Making Flooring; - Construction Of Park Lighting; - Construction Of Sewage System; - Construction Of An Irrigation System; The Second Stage Includes Two Playgrounds And An Outdoor Gym, Which Will Be Subject To Another Tender. After The Complete Implementation Of The Site, The Green Areas Of The City Of Sozopol Will Be Increased, There Will Be An Opportunity For Panoramic Tours, As Well As The Allocation Of Recreation Areas For Different Age Groups.
