Basic And Executive Project For Adaptation Of Municipal Premises Located At C/ Doctor Trueta And C/ Santiago Rossinyol In Castelldefels.Castelldefels City Council Needs To Expand The City Councils Administrative Work Spaces, As Well As Improve Access To Municipal Services For Citizens And Increase The Municipal Spaces Available To The Citys Elderly. To Respond To This Need, And Taking Advantage Of The Fact That The City Council Owns 5 Unused Commercial Premises Located At The Bottom Of The Island Defined By Dr Trueta And Santiago Russinyol Streets, The Drafting Of The Basic Project And The Execution Of Adaptation Of These Premises Has Been Contracted To The Jala-Moreno Architecture Office. This Premises Adaptation Will Allow The Interior Headquarters Both The Office Of Citizen Services (Oac) And The Tax Management Office Of The Barcelona Provincial Council (Orgt), As Well As Internal Work And Storage Spaces For The City Council. With This Action, Other Municipal Spaces Will Be Freed Up, Which Will Allow For An Increase In Both The Area Available For Municipal Offices And For The Elderly Service In The Republic Building. Once The Project Is Approved, It Is Necessary To Proceed With The Contracting Of The Works Contained In It, Which Conforms To The Object Of This Contract. The City Council Does Not Have The Technical Means Or The Legal Authorization To Directly Execute The Works That Conform To The Object Of The Contract, Which Is Why It Is Necessary To Proceed With Their Outsourcing Through A Public Bidding Procedure.
