Refuse And Waste Related Services - (33) Service Of Successive Collection, Transport And Management Of Waste Marked In The Waste Classification With Code 19 12 12 - Other Waste (Including Mixed Substances And Objects) From Mechanical Waste Treatment Other Than Those Mentioned In 19 12 11. 1. The Subject Of The Order Is - Under The Terms Described In The Contract To Be Concluded Between The Ordering Party And The Contractor, Swz And In The Contractors Offer - The Successive Collection, Transport And Management Of Waste Collected By The Contractor From The Ordering Party, Classified Under The Code 19 12 12 - Other Waste (Including Mixed Substances And Objects) From Mechanical Waste Treatment Other Than Those Mentioned In 19 12 11. The Waste May Only Be Treated R1 And/Or R12 Recovery Processes, As Defined In The Waste Act Of December 14, 2012. (I.E. Journal Of Laws 2023.1587, As Amended)/Annex Ia To Regulation (Ec) No. 1013/2006 Of The European Parliament And Of The Council Of The European Union Of 14/06/2006. On Shipments Of Waste (Journal Of Laws Eu L 190/1, As Amended), Whereby Subjecting To A Recovery Process Means The Initiation And Completion Of This Process. 2. The Subject Of The Order Includes: A) Waste Classified Under Code 19 12 12 - Other Waste (Including Mixed Substances And Objects) From Mechanical Waste Treatment Other Than Those Mentioned In 19 12 11, Constituting A Fraction From The Shredding Of Large-Sized Waste, In An Amount Of 7800 Mg (+/-) 10 Mg (Quantitative Differences May Result From Storage Conditions And The Technical And Technological Solutions Used Weighing System), But Not Less Than 500 Mg (Minimum Benefit). B) Waste Packaging: Bulk Waste. 3. The Contractor Must Provide In The Offer Form (Appendix No. 1 To The Swz) The Recovery Process To Which The Waste Will Be Subjected. 4. Collection Of Waste: 1) The Transfer And Collection Of Waste Will Take Place Only On The Basis And In Accordance With The Written [Form Under Pain Of Nullity] Individual Orders Of The Ordering Party Addressed To The Contractor And Delivered By E-Mail, Specifying The Amount Of Waste And The Date By Which The Ordering Party Expects Their Collection. 2) The Ordering Party Will Place Individual Orders When The Amount Of Waste Collected By Him To Be Collected In One Day Is At Least 12 Mg, 3) The Contractor Will Collect The Waste While Maintaining The Following Technical Infrastructure Requirements At The Ordering Partys Plant: A) The Gross Weight Of A Single Vehicle Entering The Ordering Partys Plant (Empty Vehicle For Loading) Cannot Exceed 18 Tons, B) The Distances Between The Extreme Axles Of A Single Vehicle Cannot Exceed The Length Of 16 Meters, And The Length Of The Vehicle Will Not Exceed 18 M C) Loading Of Bulk Waste Takes Place From The Top 4) After Weighing The Vehicle Loaded With Waste, The Ordering Party Will Issue A Document Of Release From The Warehouse. 5) The Ordering Party Will Prepare A Waste Transfer Card [Kpo] For Each Batch Of Waste Collected From Its Plant By The Contractors Transport. These Cards Will Be Issued In Accordance With The Waste Act. The Contractor Will Be Responsible For Confirming By The Facility Where The Recovery Process Will Be Carried Out The Weight And Type Of Waste Specified In Each Transfer Card.
