Tender For Drainage Scheme Samba. - Dismantling tile work in floors and roofs laid in cement mortar including stacking material within 50 meters lead. For thickness of tiles above 25 mm and upto 40 mm. 2 Demolishing cement concrete manually/by mechanical means including disposal of material within 50 meters lead as per direction of Engineer-incharge: 1:4:8 or leaner mix (i/c equivalent design mix) 3 Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (hydraulic excavator) in trenches for foundations, drains, pipes, cables etc. (not exceeding 1.5 m in width) and for shafts, wells, cesspits and the like not exceeding 10 sqm on plan, including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms lift upto 1.5 m, including getting out excavated earth and disposal of surplus excavated earth as directed, within a lead of 50 metres: All kinds of soil : 4 Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade including curing but excluding the cost of centring and shuttering. All work upto plinth level with: 1:5:10 (1 cement : 5 coarse sand : 10 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size) with all leads and lifts carriage complete. 5 Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade including curing but excluding the cost of centring and shuttering. All work upto plinth level with: 1:3:6 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand : 6 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) with all leads and lifts carriage complete. 6 Providing and laying in position specified grade of reinforced cement concrete including curing but excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement. All works upto plinth level 1:1½:3 (1 cement : 1½ coarse sand : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) with all leads and lifts carriage complete. 7 Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete upto plinth level Thermo-Mechanically Treated bars of grade Fe-500D or more. 8 Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for: 9 Foundations, footings, bases of columns etc. for mass concrete. 10 Suspended floors, roofs, landings, balconies and access platforms. 11 Edges of slabs and breaks in floors and walls Under 20 cm wide 12 Steel work welded in built up sections/framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer using structural steel etc. as required. In gratings, frames, guard bar, ladder, railings, brackets, gates and similar works. 13 Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade including curing but excluding the cost of centring and shuttering. All work upto plinth level with: 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) with all leads and lifts carriage complete. 14 Supply and laying of River Bed Materials including leveling, dressing, watering & consolidation in layer 20cm in depth each layer consolidated with power road roller of minimum 8 tonne capacity incl. carriages complete 15 Providing and laying 60mm thick factory made cement concrete interlocking paver block of M-30 grade made by block making machine with strong vibratory compaction and of approved size and design/shape laid in required colour and pattern over and including 50mm thick compacted bed of fine sand, filling the joints with coarse sand etc. all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. 16 Disposal of malba for an lead of 2 Km by M.T including loading,unloading carriage complete as directed by engineer-in-charge. 17 Provision for inaguration of the scheme by way of Providing / Laying and engraved granite stone incl. pedestal and other allied items as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge ( Complete Job ) Please Enable Macros to View BoQ information
