Tender For Painting and other miscellaneous works in the office premises of Divisional Commissioner Jhansi under non-residential buildings- Cement concrete with 4 cm (1.5") gauge approved stone ballast, approved coarse sand and cement in the proportion of 6 : 3 : 1 including supply of all materials, labour and T & P etc. required for proper completion of the work. as per SI no-280, P-28. (Excluding cost of GST). 2 Providing and laying of Ferrow cement concrete in 1:2:4 cement approved coarse sand and 20 mm gauge approved stone ballast and mixing water proofing compound @ 1.0 kg/bag of cement in thickness of 5 cm average including making ridges and valley for proper drainage of roof water including embedding of expended metal zali of 6 gauge iron wire including cutting and fixing properly over slab and including 6 mm thick cement plaster in 1:2 cement and coarse sand finished with floating coat of neat cement also including supply of all materials, labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of work and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. As per SI (New Item-2, P-53). (Excluding cost of GST). 3 P/L (White/coloured) Kajaria tiles, Ramano tiles flooring over 20mm (av) thick base of cement mortar 1:4:(1cement : 4 coarse sand) laid and jointed with white cement (with pigment) slurry including rubbing and polishing complete.S.I. (Excluding cost of GST). 4 First Class brick work in 1:4 cement and fine sand mortor in super structure including supply of all materials, labour and T&P etc required for proper completion of the work. S.I. No-305, P-40. (Excluding cost of GST). 5 12mm thick plaster in 1:4 cement and sand mortar including supply of all material, labour and tools and plants, etc. required for proper completion of the work as per S.I. No. 17.58 (ii), P-56. (Excluding cost of GST). 6 Providing and applying plaster of paris putty of 2mm thickness over plastered surface to the surface even and smooth complete. (Excluding cost of GST). 7 Supply of M.S. Angle iron door, windows ventilation frame made of approved M.S. angle iron wroght to required form including drilling hole, welding and recetting where necessary and also including supply of all material, such as steel hinges of required size, nut & bolts etc. and also including all taxes, wastage and one coat of red oxide paint complete in all respect as per direction of Engineer-in-charge for proper completion of work at site of work. As per New item no-2, P-52. (Excluding cost of GST). 8 Painting or varnishing iron work in small area or wood work with Two coat of ready mixed paint including supply of all material, labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work. As per SI.No.643 (Previously), P-61. (Excluding cost of GST). 9 Oil bound distemper on previous old distempared surface two coat including supply of all material, labour and T&P etc as per S.I. 651. P-51. (Excluding cost of GST). 10 Finishing walls with two coat of water proof cement paint of approved quality on previously old treated surface with this paint to give an even shade Including supply of all material, labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work. As per item no-662, P-52. (Excluding cost of GST). 11 Supplying and fixing galvanised Mosquitos proof ,heavy quality iron wire gauge or expanded metal ef heavy quality over windows and including supply and fixing of Shisham wood battens 8 cm X 1 cm (3"x3/8") and including supply of necessary screws, all materials, labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work. As per item no-455, P-36. (Excluding cost of GST). 12 Extra for providing curtain rods of Aluminium with brackets instead of wooden curtain rod, in pelmets (25mm dia rod, 16 gauge), (As per item no-483, P-38). (Excluding cost of GST). 13 Supply & fixing of 4 cm. (1 1/2") thick C. P. Teak wood part panelled & part flush door and window shutters including supply and fixing of wooden cleats and stops and Including fixing and adjustment of hinges, bolts, locks, handles, springs, and/or other fitting but excluding their supply and including painting WIth two coats of Black Japan on all iron fittings if necessary & includirg fixing tbe glass panes with putty & brad. Glass to be 0.64 kg. (21 oz) Fittings With necessary screws to be supplied departmentally but both sides decorating (C.P. Teak). (but of commercial quality (Kanju) Sitapur ply or other approved ply wood flush shutters 30 mm. (1 1/4") thick.) As per SI no-470. (Excluding cost of GST). 14 Supply and fixing of bib cock long body foam flow (hindware make ARMADA model no - F26002 CP) with all nessary fitting complete including labour t & p complete required for proper completion of work .& replacing of old item complete. (Excluding cost of GST). 15 Supply and fixing of angular stop cock OROS Pruduct code - F 350004 CP hindware make with all nessary fitting complete including labour t & p complete required for proper completion of work .& replacing of old item complete. (Excluding cost of GST). 16 Supply Fixing G.I. pipe fitting (concealed).Bath room and kitchin including (Tee, bend, Nipple Union Elbow etc). As per Lko SOR S.I.
