Summary Of The Services To Be Provided: For The Paz Restaurativa Module, Services Are Advertised With A Particular Focus On Supporting And Promoting Civil Society In The Context Of Implementing Restorative Measures And Promoting A Culture Of Peace. The Service Provider Should Contribute To Strengthening Civil Society Competencies In The Implementation Of Restorative Measures, Search Processes As Well As Methods For Peace Culture And Violence Prevention And Thus Significantly Support The Achievement Of Goals In All Three Areas Of Work - Restorative Measures, Search For Disappeared People And Promotion Of Peace Culture. Overall Responsibility Remains With The Giz Team, But The Service Provider Makes A Significant Contribution To Measurable Progress In The Three Outputs. In This Context, Local Subsidies In Particular Should Be Implemented And Civil Society Organizations Should Be Given Direct Advice. The Service Provider Contributes To The Achievement Of Various Indicators At The Module And Output Level. These Include, Among Others: - Number Of People Who Receive Reparation Through Restorative Measures, - Number Of Disappeared People Who Have Been Returned To Their Families With Dignity, - Number Of Long-Term Truth And Remembrance Measures Involving Women, Lgbtiq+ People And Young People, - Number Of People Sensitized To Processes Of Compensation, Reparation And Non-Recurrence. At The Output Level It Is, Among Other Things, About The Implementation Of Replicable Restorative Processes With A Gender Perspective, The Appropriate Consideration Of Psychosocial Aspects, Process Improvements In The Search For Disappeared People, New Work Plans Within The Framework Of The National System For The Search For Disappeared People, The Institutional Anchoring Of Peace-Promoting Instruments And Participation In Models For Violence Prevention. In This Context, Two Work Packages Are To Be Implemented: Work Package 1: Civil Society Participation In Restorative Measures And Search Processes The Service Provider Supports The Implementation Of Restorative Measures With A Strong Focus On Civil Society. While Giz Strengthens Institutional Cooperation With The Special Court, The Agency For Reintegration And Normalization, The Victim Compensation Authority And Other Peace-Related Actors, The Service Provider Is Responsible For Strengthening Local Organizations. This Is Done Through Local Support Mechanisms That Ensure The Participation Of Victims, Perpetrators And Communities And Take Into Account Their Respective Needs, Interests And Capacities. The Service Provider Develops Suitable Methods For The Design And Implementation Of Restorative Processes In The Communities And Accompanies Their Monitoring. It Also Supports Search Processes For Disappeared People By Strengthening Womens Search Organizations And By Providing Necessary Technical Equipment, Such As Dna Analysis Kits And Others
