THIS JOB IS FOR REPAIRING THE 5C 70SQMM XLPE 380VAC CABLE PASSING INA 2M DEPTH CABLE PIT.2. SUPPLIER SHALL INSPECT THE SITE AND UNDERSTAND THE SITE REQUIREMENTS.(CONTACT PERSON: MR. SUPPLIER SHALL ARRANGE THE CABLE JOINT KIT (PREFERABLE RAYCHEM MAKE)AND OT HER REQUIRED CONSUMABLES TO COMPLETE THE JOB.4.THE JOB SHALL BE CARRIED OUT UNDER DEWA SUPERVISION WITH A VALID LC.5.HOT WORK PERMIT S SHALL BE OBTAINED AS REQUIRED.6.REPAIR JOB SHALL BE DONE IN VERY PROFESSIONAL WAY BY FOLLOWING ALLPROCEDURES.7.ENSURE A MOISTURE-P ROOF AND MECHANICALLY SECURE FINISH.8.PERFORM INSULATION RESISTANCE (IR) TESTING BEFORE AND AFTER JOINTING.9.VERIFY THE CONTINUITY, PHASE SEQUENCE, AND EARTHING.10. RE-ARRANGE THE CABLE ROUTE AND SUPPORTS AS NECESSARY.11. RESTORE THE AREA TO ITS ORIGINAL CONDITION AND REMOVE ALL SCRAPMATERIAL.12. ONE-YEAR WARRANTY SHALL BE PROVIDED FOR THE MATERIALS ANDWORKMANSHIP.
