Quotation are invited for D-ST (DPH2 ACWBP Overhauling Job during Winter Unit Outage) D-St (Dph2 Acwbp Overhauling 1032505851 1 ITEM-00001 CONTRACTOR SCOPE OF WORK1.#REMOVE THE PUMP AND TRANSPORT IT TO AND FROM D-STATION.2.#SUBMIT A RISK ASSESSMENT AND WORK METHOD STATEM ENT PRIOR TO STARTINGWORK.3.#COMPLETELY DISMANTLE THE PUMP.4.#INSPECT ALL PUMP COMPONENTS THOROUGHLY.5.#PERFORM ANY REQUIRED MACHINI NG AND RECTIFICATION (VENDOR#SRESPONSIBILITY).6.#MANDATORY SPARES FOR PUMP ASSEMBLY (IMPELLER, SHAFT, BEARINGS,ISOLATOR SEAL) WILL B E PROVIDED BY DEWA; ALL OTHER ITEMS ARE UNDERVENDOR SCOPE.7.#REASSEMBLE THE PUMP.8.#CONDUCT FUNCTIONAL AND LEAK TESTS ON THE PUMP.9. #PROVIDE ALL LIFTING TOOLS AND TACKLES REQUIRED FOR LIFTING. ALLLIFTING EQUIPMENT MUST HAVE VALID CERTIFICATION. LIFTING OPERATIONS AREUNDER VENDOR SCOPE.10.#INSTALL THE PUMP AND ENSURE PROPER ALIGNMENT WITH MOTOR ANDCOUPLING WITHIN THE MINIMUM 4 JOB POSSIBLE TIME.11.#S UBMIT A DETAILED REPORT OF THE WORK COMPLETED.12.#APPLY ANTI-RUST AND CERAMIC COATING TO THE INTERNAL PUMP CASING;PAINT THE EXTERNAL CASING TO MATCH THE EXISTING COLOUR.13.#EXECUTE WORK AS PER DEWA#S APPROVED SCHEDULE.14.#COMPLY WITH DEWA HEALTH, SAFETY, AND ENVIR ONMENT (HSE) POLICY.15.#COMPLETE THE WORK IN ALL RESPECTS.SCOPE OF DEWA1.#DISCONNECT ALL I&C AND ELECTRICAL INSTRUMENTS.2.#PROVIDE A IR AND POWER SUPPLY AT ONE POINT EACH (AS AVAILABLE).3.#PROVIDE CRANE FACILITIES (AS AVAILABLE).4.#CONTRACTOR MUST ARRANGE CONNECTIO NS FOR ELECTRICITY AND WATER AT THEWORK LOCATION.
