Custom Software Development Services – Development And Implementation Services Of A Customized Software For The Rica/Rdda Agricultural Accounting Information Network. The General Objective Within The Process Of Transforming The Agricultural Accounting Information Network (Arca) Into The Agricultural Sustainability Data Network (Rdda), The European Commission Allocated Funds To Romania For The Development And Implementation Of A New It Solution (Software) For The Collection Of Information And The Purchase Of Hardware Equipment. Development Of An Efficient Computerized System For The Collection, Verification, Processing And Reporting Of Rcia/Rdda Data According To Regulation (Ec) No. 1217/2009 Of The Council On The Creation Of The Agricultural Sustainability Data Network (Codified Version) With Subsequent Amendments And Additions, Is A Complex Process That Requires A Detailed Analysis Of Requirements, Careful Design And Rigorous Implementation. The Ec Asked Member States To Identify Potential New Methods Of Data Collection, Reporting And Storage To Reduce The Efforts Of The Entire Newly Created System. The Use Of New Tools For Data Recording, And Efficient It Systems Will Help The Interoperability Of Different Databases And Reduce The Need To Request Data Directly From Farmers, Encouraging A More Efficient Data Management Process. The Creation Of A Unique Farm Id And An Interoperable It System At The National/Eu Level Is One Of The Main Objectives Of The Rica/Rdda Liaison Agency With The Ec.  The General Objectives Of The Project Are: - Development Of A Software Application That Allows: - Collecting Data From Agricultural Holdings Online; - Integration With Other Systems, Access, Transmission And Use Of Other Data Sources As Specified In Art. 4 Of Reg. Ec 1217/2009 Regarding The Creation Of The Agricultural Sustainability Data Network: A) Integrated Administration And Control System (Iacs), Established By Regulation (Eu) 2021/2116 Of The European Parliament And Of The Council; B) The System For The Identification And Registration Of Kept Terrestrial Animals (Sniia), Established By Regulation (Eu) 2016/429 Of The European Parliament And Of The Council; C) The Wine Register, Implemented In Accordance With Article 145 Of Regulation (Eu) No. 1308/2013 Of The European Parliament And Of The Council; D) Organic Farming Registers, Established Pursuant To Regulation (Eu) 2018/848 Of The European Parliament And Of The Council; E) Member States Data For The Monitoring And Evaluation Of Cap Strategic Plans (Dme), Obtained In Accordance With The Implementing Act Adopted Pursuant To Article 133 Of Regulation (Eu) 2021/2115 Of The European Parliament And Of The Council; - The Technical Information Will Be Established Individually For Each System Based On The Protocol; - Testing, Verification And Validation Of Data Collected According To Technical Specifications In The Sector; - Transmission Of Validated Data To The Central Database Of The Rcia/Rdda System; - Data Processing And Obtaining A Set Of Prede Reports
