The Task Is Co-Financed By The Governmental Program For The Development Of The North-East Border Areas For 2024-2030.3. The Planned Works Will Be Carried Out On The Basis Of The Building Permit Decision Entitled: Improving The Quality Of Education Through The Reconstruction Of The Premises Of The Primary School In Werbkowice.4. Construction Works Include, Among Others: : A) Structural Construction Works; B) Electrical Construction Works; C) Sanitary Construction Works; C) Equipment; D) Reporting To Construction Supervision The Commencement And Completion Of Construction Works Without Objections Or Obtaining An Occupancy Permit (If Required).5. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order And The Method Of Execution Of The Order Is Included In Annex No. 2 To Swz Technical Documentation, Which Includes The Following Documents: A) Construction Design B) Technical Design Of Construction Works (Technical Description), C) Detailed Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Works (Sst), Bioz, D) Building Permit Decision, E) Offer Cost Estimate, F) Bill Of Quantities.6. The Contractor Will Provide The Ordering Party With A 36-Month Warranty For The Construction Works Performed And The Materials And Devices Installed, Counted From The Date Of Final Acceptance Of The Works.
