It Is Required To Tender The Acquisition Of Various Supplies For The Repair Of Paved And Rural Roads For The Cleaning And Decoration Directorate, In Particular For The Heavy Machinery Office. The Purpose Of Its Acquisition Is To Carry Out The Maintenance Of Paved And Rural Roads Established In Bnup Of The Commune Of Coquimbo, In Accordance With What Is Requested In These Administrative Bases And Technical Specifications. This Tender Considers 2 Lines: A Line 1: Supplies For Repair Of Paved Roads. B Line 2: Inputs For Maintenance Of Rural Roads In National Asset For Public Use. It Is Expressly Stated That Bidders May Bid For The Line(S) They Wish, And Must Bid For All Of The Products That Make Up The Line(S) For Which Bids Are Submitted, And May Be Awarded 1 Or More Lines, And Must Bid For All Of The Products. Failure To Comply With This Provision Will Entitle The Municipality To Declare Said Basket Offers Inadmissible. The Municipality Of Coquimbo Reserves The Right To Revoke The Public Tender In Accordance With The Power Established In Article 61 Of Law No. 19,880; Which Establishes That “Administrative Acts May Be Revoked By The Body That Issued Them”; Power That Is Materialized In The Information System Www.Mercadopublico.Cl, Through The “Revoke Tender” Application, Which Allows, As Long As A Bid Has Not Been Awarded, To Carry Out Said Power Through A Well-Founded Resolution, Based On Reasons Of Merit, Convenience Or Opportunity.
