This Is An Invitation To Market Dialogue. This Notice Is Not A Preliminary Notice, A Request For Tender, A Procurement Notice Or An Invitation To A Negotiation Procedure, And The Publication Of The Notice Does Not Start A Tender. The City Of Helsinki Is Preparing A New Procurement Of Company Car Maintenance Leasing. The Goal, From The Citys Point Of View, Is To Give Up Company Cars Owned By The City And Transfer The Car Benefit Granted As An Employee Benefit To The So-Called Before Launching The Tender, The City Of Helsinki Wants To Consult Market Players In A Market Dialogue. The Market Dialogue Is Not Part Of The Competition. The Information Obtained In The Market Dialogue Is Used Internally By The City To Prepare The Competition. According To The Preliminary Plan, The Procurement Would Be Done Through An Open Procedure And The Procurement Announcement Would Be Published In The Spring Of 2026. We Invite All Interested Market Players To Participate In The Dialogue. The Bidder Registers For The Market Dialogue By Answering The Questions In This Request For Information. Also Attached Is A Draft Of The Description Of The Object Of Procurement. The City Of Helsinki Also Reserves The Right To Discuss With Those Who Have Registered. The City Of Helsinki Does Not Undertake To Talk With All Those Who Have Registered. Not Responding To A Request For Information Does Not Prevent Participation In A Possible Tender, And Responding To A Request For Information Or Participating In Various Events Does Not In Any Way Affect The Bidders Position In The Actual Tender. This Is An Invitation To Request Information, Which Is Carried Out Before The Actual Procurement Procedure Is Started. No Compensation Is Paid For Participating In The Request For Information.
