The City Of Salo (Hereafter The Procurement Entity / Customer) Requests Bids For The Demolition Of Perniös Old Church Village School And Health Center In Accordance With This Request For Bids And The Attached Contract Documents. The Object Of The Procurement Is The Demolition Work Of The Old School Building Located At Lampolantie 9, Perniö And The Old Health Center Building Located At Vuorilinnantie 7 In The Scope Of This Request For Tenders And Its Appendices. The Work Must Include The Demolition Work Of All Buildings And Fixed Structures And Yard Structures Located On The Properties And The Leveling And Landscaping Of The Ground Surface Of The Properties After The Demolition Work. The Work Also Includes The Demolition Of The Gateway Between The Health Center And The Adjacent Perniökodi And The Repair Of The Wall Structure On The Side Of The Perniökodi After The Demolition, According To The Plan Drawn Up. The Contractor Must Comply With The Permit Conditions Set In The Construction Permits Of The Sites, As Well As The Statement Issued By Environmental Protection.
