Tenders Are Invited For The Object Of This Contract Is The Aerial Treatment Service By Helicopter To Carry Out The Black Fly Control Campaign Of 2026, Which Is Being Carried Out In The Lower Section Of The Ebre And Segre Rivers And The Catalan Section Of The Cinca River. The Campaign Planned For The Year 2026 Will Be Carried Out In Accordance With A Strategy That Has Been Confirmed Effective, That Is, Based On Larval Control Of The Species, Which Is Achieved By Distributing To The River Waters An Insecticide. To Carry Out This Treatment, A Helicopter With Sufficient Capacity Is Needed And That Allows It To Act Precisely Over A Territorial Area That Goes From The Town Of Ascó To The End Of The Decentralized Municipal Entity Of Campredó, In The Case Of The Ebre River, From Lleida To Granja Descarp, In The Case Of The Segre River, And Massalcoreig For The Cinca River.
