Provision Of Technical And Professional Services Specialized In Capturing Aerial Images, Using Unmanned Aerial Vehicles (Uavs/Drones), With The Application Of Current Technologies And In Compliance With Current Legislation. The Services Include The Taking Of Institutional Photographs And Videos In High Quality (Minimum 4K), Intended For Recording Events, Activities And Actions Promoted By Cisalp, Ensuring Technical And Visual Standards Suitable For Institutional Dissemination. The Execution Must Be Carried Out By Duly Qualified Pilots With Valid Certification (Rpas), In Strict Compliance With The Rules Of The National Civil Aviation Agency (Anac) And Other Applicable Regulations. The Equipment Used Must Be Approved By Anatel, Guaranteeing Safety, Quality And Technical Compliance. The Images Captured (Photographs And Videos) Must Be Fully Delivered To The Contractor Immediately After The Conclusion Of The Event, In Digital Media Or Previously Agreed Means, With Preserved Quality And Without Watermarks, Ensuring Full Availability For Institutional Use. Minimum 02 Hours, Which Can Be Extended, In Cases Of Need, With A Limit Of 4 (Four) Hours., Provision Of A Professional Image Capture Service For Full Coverage Of Photographs And Video Recordings Of Small Moments Of The Event, With Subsequent Professional Editing Of All Material, In Order To Ensure High Quality Services For Institutional Use And Dissemination On The Contractors Social Networks. For Execution Of The Services, The Contracted Company Must Have, At A Minimum, The Following Structure: Professional Photographic Camera: 01 (One) Unit, In High Definition (Full Hd Or Higher), Intended For Capturing Still Images With High Sharpness, Contrast And Color Fidelity. The Use Of Equipment With Specifications Higher Than The Minimum Required Will Be Permitted. Professional Film Camera: 01 (One) Unit, Designed For Recording Moving Images, Ensuring Stability, Sound And Visual Quality Compatible With Institutional Productions. The Use Of Equipment With A Capacity Greater Than The Minimum Required Will Also Be Permitted. Camera Operator: 01 (One) Duly Qualified Professional With Proven Experience In Photography And Filming Events, Responsible For Handling The Equipment, Ensuring Comprehensive And Continuous Coverage Throughout The Event.
