Computer Systems Management Services Integrated Software Platform For The Administrative And Operational Management Of The Municipal Department Of Agriculture, Composed Of A Web Module (For Internal/Administrative Use) And A Mobile Module (For Field Use), The Web Module Will Allow For The Centralized Registration Of Producers And Properties, The Management Of Service Requests (Graveling, Insemination, Use Of Machinery), The Issuance And Monitoring Of Service Orders (Os), Financial Control Of Rural Credit, Attachment Of Digitized Documents And Provision Of Management Panels And Audit Trails, In Compliance With Lgpd. The Mobile Module Will Be Used In The Field, With The Ability To Operate In Regions Without Internet, Allowing The Recording Of Service Execution, Capture Of Georeferenced Photos, Hour Meter Readings, Digital Signature Of The Producer And Automatic Synchronization When There Is A Connection. To Ensure The Operationalization Of The Solution, Continuous Goods And Services Will Be Contracted, Including: Licensing Of The Integrated Agricultural Management Software; Hosting In A Secure Environment (Cloud Or Equivalent Infrastructure); Computer Systems Management Services System Implementation, Including In-Person Training For Servers. In-Person Training Of Administrative Users And Operators; Training Must Be At Least 16 Hours In Duration Regarding The Web And Mobile Platform.
