Miscellaneous Software Development Services And Computer Systems – Planning And Installation Of Technical Protection Systems. The Task Of The Winning Tenderer (Abbreviated: At) For The Contracting Authority (Abbreviated: Ak) Is To Design, Install, Integrate And Develop Technical Protection Systems In The Area Of Semmelweis University. In The Framework Of This, It Becomes Necessary To Carry Out The Tasks Arising From The Various Organizational Units In The Following Areas: 1. Installation Of An Access System, The Task Of Which Is To Regulate And Limit Movements Within The Building. The System Must Be Able To Identify Persons, Vehicles, And Objects, And Allow Or Restrict Access. When Building The Systems, In Addition To Safety Aspects, Medical Recommendations And Regulations Must Also Be Taken Into Account. In Order To Achieve The Above Objectives, The Access Control System Can Be Divided Into Units As Follows: - Identification Of Persons, Vehicles, Objects (Proximity Card, Fingerprint Reader, Special Wireless Identification, Etc.) - Logical Control Unit, Which Authorizes Entry And Passage Or Refuses It (Door Control Unit) - Intervening Part (Door Locks, Turnstiles, High-Speed Gates, Barriers) - Control Software, Which Is The System They Provide The Operator With System Parameterization, Issuing, Changing And Deleting Authorizations, Querying Events, And Preparing Statistics. 2. Installation Of An Intrusion Detection System, Which Serves To Provide Additional Protection For More Vulnerable Premises Inside The Buildings, And Also Cooperates With The Access Control And Video Surveillance System. As Part Of This, Opening Sensors, Glass Break Sensors, Passive Infrared Motion Sensors And Infrared Barriers Will Be Installed. 3. Installation Of A Video Surveillance System, Which Records And Transmits Images Of Events Inside The Building And In The Immediate Vicinity Of The Building To The Building Monitoring Center And The Remote Monitoring Center. 4. Installation Of An Intercom System, The Purpose Of Which Is To Enable The Operator To Identify The Person Entering Without Having To Go To The Entry Point. Within This, It Becomes Necessary To Develop Digital Audio And/Or Video Systems That Ensure The Availability Of Several Institutions, Which Should Preferably Be Directly Connected To The Inputs Of The Access Control System. The Planned Quantitative Characteristics Of The Systems To Be Installed By Ak During The Entire Duration Of The Framework Agreement Are As Follows: - In The Case Of Access Control Systems: A Total Of 500 Access Points; - In The Case Of Intrusion Detection Systems: A Total Of 100 Detection Points; - For Video Surveillance Systems: A Total Of 500 Surveillance Points (Cameras). The Framework Agreement Is Concluded Until The Framework Amount Is Exhausted, But For A Maximum Of 3 Years, The Total Amount Is Accordingly The Amount Of The Framework Amount, Which Is Huf 374,066,770 Net.
