As A Result Of This Public Procurement Procedure, Ak Wishes To Purchase 1 New Recycling Device (Device) Operating With A Wet Chemical Process. (The Device Is New, If All Its Elements Are Put Into Operation For The First Time: It Has Not Been Deployed/Put Into Operation Before, Neither In Hungary Nor Abroad, Nor Has It Been Used As A Demonstration Or Test Device.) The Purpose Of The Device Is To Implement A Recycling Technology Based On Chemical Processes That Treats Metal Waste Between Production And Transforms The Metals Contained In It Into A Recoverable Form. Requirement: The Device Must Be Built On Glass Reactors And Chemically Resistant Plastic (Pp, Pvdf) Containers That Handle The Dissolution, Precipitation And Neutralization Processes.
