Motor Vehicles – Autoleasing. This Concerns A Service Contract Awarded In The Form Of A Framework Agreement, In Accordance With Articles 2, 21° And 35 Of The Act Of 17 June 2016 On Public Procurement. This Concerns A Mixed Assignment Of Deliveries And Services For The Operational Leasing Of Vehicles For Employees Who Have A Mobility Budget. The Aim Of The Assignment Is To Make Vehicles Available On Lease To Eligible Employees, In Accordance With The Modalities Determined In The Special Specifications. The Framework Agreement Is Concluded For A Period Of Twelve (12) Months, Renewable Three Times (3) For A Period Of Twelve (12) Months, During Which Successive Orders For Vehicles Can Be Placed With The Contractor, Depending On Needs. The Assignment Also Includes The Complete Management Of The Fleet Covered By The Contract, Including: Maintenance And Repairs, Insurance, Assistance, Supply And Management Of Fuel Cards And/Or Charging Cards, The Provision Of Charging Equipment (Charging Station Or Charging Cable, As The Case May Be), And Any Other Service Necessary For The Correct Execution Of The Leasing Contract.
