Bids Are Invited For Custom Bid For Services - Vfd (Variable Frequency Drive) Installation On Cooling Tower Fans At Rec Corporate Office, Gurugram (Haryana); 1 Supply, Installation, testing & Commissioning (SITC) of Variable Frequency Drive (VFD) suitable for cooling tower fans of rating 9.3kW/21A having 4 DI, 2 AI, 2 AO, 3 RO, Modbus RTU communication protocol built in, Cable Length from VFD to Motor is approximately 150 Meters, CTs in all three incoming phases for improved Motor short circuit & earth fault protection with 3 phase current measurement, EMC Filter, LCD Display - Intuitive Keypad with Icon based LCD display, Built-in DC Choke 2 SITC of Resistance Temperature Detector (RTD) with converter for supplying chiller condenser water temperature signal to VFD along with cable of required length about 50 mtr 3 SITC of Multiplexer for sending signal of 1 RTD to 2 No. VFDs 4 SITC of Control Panel of appropriate size preferably wall mounted to accommodate 4 no. VFD. The panel to have all items of appropriate rating as per standard industrial practice like Main Incomer, Individual Incomer, Cooling Fans, Control MCBs, fuses, Filters, Panel Light, Door Lock, Push Buttons, Indicating Lamps, Selector Switch -VFD / Star Delta By-pass Starter, Overload Relay, Timer, Multiplexer Card, Signal Isolator, Increase / Decrease Push Buttons, Control Transformer, Auxiliary Relays, Terminals, Etc. The panel shall be complete in all respect by providing wiring of appropriate cable size and ferruling 5 Supply, laying & commissioning copper cables of appropraite capacity (either 6sqmm 3 Core cable for each VFD or 25 sqmm 3 core cable for each panel) for extending 3 phase 415 V power supply to the 2 No. control panel (each accommdating 4 no. VFD) from existing panel.
