Bids Are Invited For Custom Bid For Services - Bd1132 Site Restoration Work For Block Cb Onn 2005 9 And Cb Onn 2005 3-1.01 Clearing and Grubbing Road Land .(Clearing and grubbing road land including uprooting rank vegetation, grass, bushes, shrubs and disposal of unserviceable materials and stacking of serviceable materials to be used or auctioned up to lead of 1000metres including removal and disposal of top soil not exceeding 150mm thickness. 1.02 Restoration Works Dismantling of below specified structures and disposal of dismantled / demolished materials at Contractor’s own cost for sizes as available at site but not limited to Rig Foundation, Mud Pump Foundation, Cellar, Generator Foundation, Anchor Foundations, Diesel storage area, Chemical shed base, Security Hut, Flare pit, Coral pit, Water pit, toilet block, septic tank, soak pit, inspection chambers, Fencing with gate, etc. 1.03 Removal of hardening area materials, debris, unwanted materials including blinding material, etc., from the site to achieve the desired ground level (top level of the filled-up earth) as instructed by the IUVL Representative. The removed materials shall be disposed of and taken away from the site by the contractor at his own cost. Subsequently, dosing and leveling of excess excavated material shall be carried out to make the area even and free from undulations. 1.04 Supply of good soil at the work site for filling including excavation, loading at sources, transportation, unloading at site of work with all leads and lifts & filling in layers of 150 mm compacted thickness including sectioning, watering, consolidation by vibratory etc. complete as directed by IUVL representative. 2 LEASE TERMINATION AGREEMENT 2.01 Demarcation of lands belonging to individual farmers after site restoration, including obtaining NOCs from farmers. Liaison with all landowners of the concerned Survey Nos. / Block Nos. for execution of Lease Termination Agreements after verification of land records. The agreements shall be executed on Rs. 100/- stamp paper, duly signed and notarized. This item includes all associated charges such as stamp paper, notarization, and related administrative expenses.
