Tender For Renovation Of Entrance Gate At Entrance Point Of Kailash Officer’S Enclave At Mil Stn Pithoragarh.; 1 Dismantling Stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors, Pillars of gate etc.laid, bedded and pointed in any mortar complete as directed and specified. 2 Demolition of precast concrete articles and pre-cast cement concrete block walling, ashlar fencings, dressed stone work including all quoins, arches, pillars etc. built in cement mortarcomplete all as specified and directed. 3 M&L precast cement concrete Block Masonary with solid blocks type C1 1:3:620mm graded stone aggregate exc 10 cm in width, 25 cm in depth, 15cm in height and setting in mortar 1:6 . 4 M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type B-0, using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate as in coping bed blocks for angle and similar work incl necessary form work to obtain a smooth finishescomplete all as specified and directed by Engr-In- Charge. 5 Taking down old cement plaster any description on brick or stone wall/ceiling etc including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc complete as specified and directed. 6 M & Lfor rendering15 mm thick in CM 1 : 4 on fairfaces of brick masonry or concrete surface ,finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-In- Charge 7 M & L applying two coats of cement based paint over a coat of primer on new plastered surface incl preparation of surfaces complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. 8 Excavating in post holes (or similar holes) each n exc 0.5 cu. m, getting out, returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers not exceeding 25 cm in hard/ dense soil all as spd and directed 9 M&L PCC 1:2:4 type B-2 using 20mm graded stone aggregates as in foundation, postsfilling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. 10 Dismantling mild steel section work of any description not otherwise provided for complete all as specified. Note:- Work shall be carried out upto height 7.00 metre, rates for necessary scaffolding shall be deemed to be incl in this item. 11 M&L Plates (plain or chequered) channels Fe 410-W (Gde E-250) quality B. Square cut or notched (ordinary and counter sunk) forming holes, without any attachment complete all as specified and as directed. 12 S & F Mild steel screw bolts (machine made) with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other, or screwed both ends, each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut, exc 5cm but n.exc 10 cm long and 16 to 20mm diameter of neck 13 S&F MSjoist channel (Fe 410-W Gde E-250 Quality A), angle or Tee section,MS tubes, flats square bars etcfixed indepently or framed or without connecting plates ,trusses etc any type framing including purlins and rafters etc confirming to Grade Fe 310-0 or Fe-210-0 complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-ChargeNote:- Work shall be carried out upto height 7.00 metre, rates for necessary scaffolding shall be deemed to be incl in this item. 14 M&L preparation of newsurface of any description and applying two coats of synthetic enamelled paint over a coat of red oxide primer on steel surface over 10cm width or girth complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.Note:- Work shall be carried out upto height 7.00 metre, rates for necessary scaffolding shall be deemed to be incl in this item. 15 S&F Pre- painted galvatume aluminum zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of an colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws as specified. 16 S & F pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based plain steel 0.50 mm thick for ridge cover of any colour as directed by GE having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge . 17 S&F coloured Aluminium Composite Panels (ACP) of exterior grade for cladding of external wall / column / canopy cladding in combination of solid / Metallic colours(colour as specified by GE), including necessaryweather sealing. The composite panel should consist of 3mm thermoplastic core of LDPE sandwiched between 2 skins of 0.5mm thick aluminium sheet (alloy designation 310S) making a total panel thickness of 4mm. The surface will be furnished with Lumiflon based flourcarbon coating on top sides and service coating on reverse side. Coatings shall conform to specifications of specifications of ECCA / AAMA and conforming to the mechanical properties of panel as per detailed technical specifications. the sheet shall be fixed using GI brackets/stainless steel bolts and nuts/ screws etc complete with spring washers and cap nuts and all other necessary accessories all hardware shall corrosion resistant frame out of anodised aluminium member.Complete all as specified and directed Note:- Work shall be carried out upto height 7.00 metre, rates for necessary scaffolding shall be deemed to be incl in this item. 18 Supply and installation of Single sided back-lit Signage including providing & fixing structural steel frame made out of MS square pipe of 1” x 1”, red oxide primer with two coat of synthetic enamel painting, providing & fixing 26 gauge powder coated MS Sheet top, bottom & sides, echo solvent printing on 3M Lumina backlit flex, LEDs with all fittings including electric cable & conduit provision etc. complete as specified and directed.
