Tender For Provision Of Various Storage Accommodation At Logistic Section At 11 Brd Af; 1 Lumpsum price worked out by the contractorfor “EXCAVATIONAND EARTHWORK” as listed inSch ‘A” part I representingabove / below the lumpsum price of Rs 1245646.65 as inserted by MES forSch ‘A’Part I on srl page No.28 2 Lumpsum price worked out by the contractorfor “HARSTANDING” as listed in Sch ‘A” part II above/below the lumpsum price of Rs 361366.74 as inserted by MES for Sch ‘A’ part II on srl page No.30 3 MISC SCHEDULEPART III (TO BE QUOTED BY CONTRACTOR) 4 Design and build shed No. 01 of size 10.00 x 6.00 M height :- 5.50 Mhaving Galvalume sheet roofing,supported on truss, vertical struts including RCC footing for struts / columns, PQC flooring over base including foundation, excavation, removal of black cotton soil 60 CMand including bird proofing nets all as per specified & to be considered in design. 5 Design and build shed No. 02 of size 30.00 x 12.00 M height :- 5.50 M having Galvalume sheet roofing, supported on truss, vertical struts including RCC footing for structs / columns, excavation, removal of black cotton soil 60 CM and including bird proofing nets all as per specified. Note :- (i) The shed to be constructed on already existing PQC flooring. (ii) Rate quoted shall be inclusive of demolition of PQC for column/ foundation portion for full depth by cutting of existing PQC using diamond cutter or other suitable equipment to prevent propogation of cracks along adjoining POQ slabs & making good the damages by relaying PQC & underlying layers for the damaged portion. 6 Design and build shed No. 03 of size 42.00 x 15.00 M height :- 5.50 M details :- The shed having size 42.00 x 15.00 M and height 5.5 M, having Galvalume sheet roofing,supported on truss, vertical struts including RCC footing for structs / columns, PQC flooring over base including foundation, excavation, removal of black cotton soil 60 CM and including bird proofing nets all asspecified. 7 Note : - Common to BOQ items No. 3.01, 3.02 & 3.03 (a) The contractor shall submitt the design of the storage shed duly vetted by NIT/IIT/Govt. Engg college within 45 days of commencement of work for prior approval of AO before executing the work on site (The cost of the design shall be deemed to be included in the contractors quoted rates)(b) Truss shall be preferably twosided. Adequate drops made up of plain GI sheets (0.6 m height) shall be provided on both ends to prevent spilling of rainwater inside the sheds.(c) All Galvalume shets shall be coated with hot metallic Aluminium zinc alloy (55% Aluminium, 43% Zinc, 1.5% Silicon) coating AZ 150 as 150 gm/sqm total on both sides. 8 Material and labour for providing and Laying Dry lean Concrete (DLC) 100 mm thick of aggregate gradation as per Table 1 of SP 49:2014 having 7 day average compressive strength not less than 7 MPa Minimum cement content not less than 140 Kg/Cum DLC mixed in Batching Plant, transported to site and laid by vaccum dewatering system including spreading and compacting using high amplitude tamping bars of paver (initial compaction) further by double drum smooth wheeled vibratory rollers with 80-100 KN static weight to achieve minimum dry density not less than 98% of maximum Dry Density, necessary finishing etc complete all as specified and tolerances to be as per Table 900-1 of MoRTH specifications for Road and Bridge work 2013. 9 Material and labour for Pavement quality concrete(PQC) of minimum 28 days field Flexural strength of 45Kg/ Sqcm or 4.5 Mpa, aggregate gradation as per Table 3 of IRC 15 2017, coarse aggregate of clean, hard strong, dense non-porous and durable pieces of crushed stone or gravel, fine aggregates of clean natural sand or crushed stone sand or combination of both using minimum 360 kg/cum of cement with non-circular virgin synthetic fibre of 12-18 mm length, specific gravity 1.34 to 1.39, UV stable, alkali resistant, with equivalent dia 15-40 micron, minimum melting temperature as 240°C and minimum tensile strength of 300 Mpa and at the rate as specified by the manufacturer. PQC laid, spread and compacted with vaccum dewatering system of minimum 7.50 m width, including curing and tining by Texturing cum Curing Machine complete all as specified and directed. Required surface texturing to be done as specified in Clause 10 1 14 and Tabl~ 9 of IRC 15-2017
