Tender For Comprehensive E/M Maintenance Of Station Hq, Mh Gaya, Supply Depot, Aro Gaya And Other Station Units At Mil Station Gaya.; 1 Taking down copper /aluminium point wiring (light, fan, bell,socketor power) complete including fixture and fittings such as switches, ceiling roses, pendent, regulators, sockets, light fitting etc. Removing materials to store for keeping in safe custody or for taking credit (credit for above items should be made as per condition seperately) and making good disturbed surfaces of walls, floors etc complete all as specified and directed at site. 2 Taking down old/unserviceable distribution board by disconnection of electric connection carefully SPN DBs/TPN DBs/ Main Switch including old unserviceable MCCBs/ MCBs, Isolators, etc and making good to disturbed surface complete all as specified and directed. 3 Taking down carefully copper/aluminium sub main wiring of any size fromsurface/ concealed/ existing conduit of any height and removing materials at site and making good disturbed surfaces of walls, floors roofs etc complete all as specified and directed. 4 M & L for point wiring using approved colour coding as per IS with multistranded copper conductor 1.5 Sqmm (nominal area), two single core, PVC insulated and unsheathed FRLS cable 1100 volts grade ISI-694 marked drawn through in and including heavy duty, PVC concealed conduit of white/ ivory colour including all accessories after chasing in wall/ ceiling etc, heavy duty ISI marked, with GI sunken boxes 1.2 mm thick, 60 mm deep with earth dolly duly, covered suitable modular white cover plate with inner frame suitable for modular switches, including PVC insulated multistranded copper conductor 1.5 Sqmm (nominal area) single core FRLSH cable as earth continuity conductor to common earth and connecting to earth dolly including cutting, chasses and making good disturbed surface to match with existing finish with plaster complete all as specified and directed for the following :- 5 (a) One light point controlled by one way switch 5 Amps 6 (b) One exhaust fan/ceiling fan point controlled by one, one way switch 5 Amps 7 (c) One 3 pin 5 Amps switch socket outlet point controlled by one switch on the same board. 8 (d) One 3 pin 5 Amps switch socket outlet point controlled by one switch on independent board. 9 (e) One bell copper conductor FRLSH, PVC wire as earth continuity conductor along with wiring and connecting to the common earth dolly. 16 Description all as per item No 5 here-in-before but using 2.5 Sqmm single core copper conductor cable of multistranded FRLSH, PVC insulated unsheathed 1100 volts grade for 5/15 amps switch socket combination point including necessary running of2.5 sq mm copper conductor FRLSH, PVC wire as earth continuity conductor along with wiring and connecting to the common earth dolly. 17 S & F modular switch piano flushtype, single pole, one way and 5/6 Amp single module Note: MCBs are measured and paid in separate items and same make. 33 S & F for sheet metal enclosure MCBDBTPN4 way Vertical type with 200 Amps suitable for MCCB 125 Amps rated bus bar 415 volts double door with magnitic locking system including necessary provision for inserting the DBs in wall by cutting the brick/stone masonary etc and making good of distrubed surface to match with existing colour of wall complete all as specified and as directed. 34 Supply and fix 4 Pole MCCB 100 to 125 Amp, 50 Hz, 415 V with rupturing capacity 35 KA complete all as specified and as directed. 35 S & F for sheet metal enclosure MCB DB SPN 8 way with 200 Amps rated bus bar 240 volts double door with magnitic locking system including necessary provision for inserting the DBs in wall by cutting the brick/stone masonary etc and making good of distrubed surface to match with existing colour of wall complete all as specified and as directed. 36 S & F for MCB Single pole and neutral rated capacity 40 Amps, 240 Volts breaking capacity 10 KA, C curve complete all as specified and as directed. 37 S & F for MCB Single pole rated capacity 5 to 32 Amps, 240 Volts breaking capacity 10 KA, C curve complete all as specified and as directed. 38 S & F for MCB TPN rated capacity 40 Amps, 240 Volts breaking capacity 10 KA, C curve complete all as specified and as directed. 39 Supply and fixing ceiling fans complete with blades, down rods, electronic regulator and accessories, 230 V, 1200 mm sweep. Min air delivery 210 CFM with service value 6.0 BEE. Five star rated with brushless direct current motor (BLDC) complete all as specified and as directed. 40 Supply and fix exhaust fan, steel body AC single Phase. 230V of size 300m sweep with, blades, and frame and louverscomplete all as specified and as directed. 41 Supply and fix exhaust fan made of sturdy Engineering plastic complete with louvers shutter, voltage 230V, 50 Hz, RPM 1200, Copper winding of sweep 300mcomplete all as specified and as directed. 42 Re-fixing of ceiling fans complete with blades, down rods, electronic regulator and accessories complete all as specified and as directed. 43 Re-fixing of xhaust fan of 250 mm sweep made of plastic/steel body Ventil Air -DS type complete with louver with bolts nuts and washers size of the bolt 15 cm long 12 mm dia embedded in the wall including provision of PVC flexible copper cable of size 23/0.0076 two core from ceiling rose to exhaust fan forconnection and making suitable size ofhole to existing brick wall for fan basecompelte all as specifiedand directed. 44 Re-fixing of geyser with haul & fastnut and all accessories complete all as specified and as directed. 45 S & F in replacement LED lights fitting 1x 20W 220V, polycarbonate LED tube light connecting up with three core flexible copper conductor cable of suitable size from ceiling rose complete with warranty option of 5 years from date of installation complete with all accessories internally pre wired and necessary mounting arrangements,complete all as specified and as directed. 46 S&F in replacement of LED panel light fitting 36 watt LED (2x2 ft), LED panel fitting, including LED in white230 volt energy saving environmental friendly, long life, corrosion resistant, impact proof, surface mounting IP-65 luminaire with PC housing in opal finish suitable for wet location with brighness LEDs with all accessories internally prewired and including connected with twin core twisted flexible wire copper conductor cable with suitable size complete all as specified and directed. 47 Supply and laying river bed fine sand in trenches/ ducts 15 cm under cable and 8 cm above the cable for cushioning / protection to cable including spreading, levelling and get thick 18cm after hand punning complete all as specified and directed at site.
