Tender For Repairs To Barbed Wire Concertina Coil Y Angle Gate Chain-Link Fencing Boundary Wall At Ina Ezhimala; 1 Demolition of brick work, PCC block or stone masonry built in cement mortar, all as specified and as directed. 2 Material and Labour for precast cement concrete block masonry with solid blocks PCC (1:3:6), Type C1 using 20mm graded aggregate exc 10 cm in width and set in cement mortar (1:6), all as specified and as directed. 3 Material and Labour laterite stone walling of regular coursed, well bonded bedded and solidly hearted, built in cement mortar (1:6) complete all as specified and as directed. 4 Walling of squared rubble, regular coursed, well bonded, bedded & solidly hearted, built in cement mortar (1:6), all as specified and as directed. 5 Demolition of plain cement concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for all as specified and as directed. 6 Material and Labour 100 mm thick plain cement concrete (1:2:4), Type B1, using 20mm graded granite stone aggregate as in hard standing and making impressions while concrete is green, all as specified and as directed. 7 Material and Labour forplain cement concrete (1:2:4), Type B1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in road berms and finishing top surface even and rough complete, all as specified and as directed. 8 Forming Contraction (Dummy) joints 65mm deep x 10mm wide, filled with sealing compound Grade A including necessary use and waste of formwork etc complete, all as specified and as directed. 9 Demolition of RCC n.exc 15cm thickness complete all as specified and as directed. 10 Material and Labour providing precast cement concrete in window or door cills, lintels, bressumers, steps, quoin blocks (for use with masonry), string courses, copings. kneelers, apex stones, pier caps, columns, posts, boundary pillars, bed plates, pintle blocks, ancho-rage blocks, bonders (for stone walling), corbels, brackets, kerbs etc. (of any section indicated), with plain fair faces, including chamfers, weatherings, throat- ing etc. and setting in mortar complete with joints to match, Type C1, PCC (1:3:6) using 20 mm graded aggregate exc. 10 cm in width and setting in cement mortar (1:6), complete all as specified and as directed. 11 Material and Labour providing precast cement concrete in landings, cover slabs (for man holes etc.) chullah hoods, chajjas, water troughs, mangers, shelves and similar articles with plain faces etc. and setting in mortar complete with joints to match, Type B1, PCC (1:2:4) using 20 mm graded aggregateexc. 10 cm in width and setting in cement mortar (1:6), complete, all as specified and as directed. 12 Material and Labour Mild steel TMT bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips, all as specified and as directed. 13 Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description, all as specified and as directed. 14 Supply and Fix mild steel screw bolt (machine made) with hexagonal or square head at one end and screwed the other with washer n.exc 5 cm long dia bolt 5 to 10mm, all as specified and as directed. 15 Supply and Fix Mild steel screw bolt(machine made) 5 to 10 mm dia of neck with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other, or screwed both ends, each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut, exc 5cm long n exc 10 cm long, all as specified and as directed. 16 Supply and Fix in repairs Galvanised, 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacings and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts, including, securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, etc. all as specified and as directed. 17 Supply and Fix in repairs concertina coil of 600mm dia (to be provided as to match with existing size at site) and fixed on Y angle.The wire for making concertina coil should be minimum 2.5 mm dia GI wire. The blades fixed on concertina coil should be minimum 0.5 mm thick ( weight of coil should not be less than 1.20 kg/m) complete, all as specified and as directed. 18 Material and Labour for complete removal of existing treatment by using water jet washer and applying two coats of exterior emulsion paint over a coat of exterior primer with using mechanical sprayer to paint all as specified as per manufacturers instructions and as directed. 19 Material and Labour for preparation of old /new painted surfaces by using water jet washer and applying two coats of exterior emulsion paint over a coat of exterior primer with using mechanical sprayer to paint all as specified as per manufacturers instructions and as directed. 20 Material and Labour for preperation of old/new painted steel/iron surfaces exc 10cm width or girth using sand paper, grinding machine, scrapers etc and applying two coats of anti corrossive synthetic enamel paint over a coat of anticorrosive primer complete, all as specified and as directed. 21 Taking down cement or cement lime plaster on brick or concrete surfaces including raking out joints, hacking for key and scrubbing down with water all as specified and as directed. 22 Material and Labour rendering 15mm thick on stone masonry external surfaces in cement mortar (1:4) and finish the surface even and smooth, all as specified and as directed. 23 Material and Labour struck pointing to squared rubble, coursed or uncoursed cement mortar (1:3), all as specified and as directed. 24 Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for, all as specified and as directed.Note:- All dismantled materials shall be removed without any delay and stacked at places where directed without any extra cost to the Govt. 25 Supply and Fix mild steel sectionsfor posts and struts in fencing, flat iron fillets for securing wire mesh / chain link fencing etcincluding cutting tops to shape as directed including all necessary drilling, welding, bolting or riveting, etc., and similar work conforming to Fe-290 (Gde E-165), complete all as specified and as directed. 26 Material and Labour Plates (plain or chequered) channels, square cut or notched (ordinary and counter sunk) forming holes, without any attachment Fe-290 (Gde E 165), all as specified and as directed. 27 Supply and Fix Framed work such as grills, gratings,gates etc.using any rolled sections or tubular sections with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted, or forged into spikes; framed guard bars; barred iron doors; ladders; framed balusters; walk ways; railings; framework of water tanks, fencing posts and frames, y angles for concertina coils and similar work conforming to Fe.290 (Gde-E-165), all as specified and as directed. 28 Material and Labour for PCC (1:4:8), Type D2 using 40mm graded crushed aggregate as in mass concrete and filling of foundation all as specified and as directed. 29 Material and Labour plain cement concrete (1:3:6), Type C2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in foundations, filling and mass concrete complete, all as specified and as directed. 30 Dismantling fencing wire mesh/ chain link fencing any type, all as specified and as directed. 31 Supply and Fix in repairs of PVC coated chain link fencing (mesh 50 mm X 50 mm size) nominal dia of wire 3 mm (including pvc coating) fixed to fencing posts using suitable bolts and nuts complete all as specified (nuts and bolts shall be measured seperately complete, all as specified and as directed. 32 Material and Labour round TMT bars 10mm dia and over as tie bars for Chain link fencing, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending all as specified and as directed. 33 Material and Labour for preparation of new steel surfaces of any description n exc 10 cm in width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of Zinc Chrome primer completewhen unconnected with other painting or when painted in defferent tint all as specified and as directed. 34 Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls etc including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water,etc, all as specified and as directed. 35 Demolition & removal of old existing block/laterite/Stone masonryof built in cement mortar of any description, all as specified and as directed. 36 Material and Labour for Pre-cast cement concrete block masonry (1:3:6), Type C1 using 20 mm aggregate with solid blocks, exc. 10 cm in width and setting in cement mortar (1:6) complete all as specified and as directed. 37 Material and Labour for PCC(1:2:4),Type B-0 using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate as in coping, bond stone etc. complete all as specified and as directed. 38 Material and Labour for rendering 15mm thick in CM (1:4) on any faces of brick work or concrete surfaces finished even & smooth without using extra cement complete, all as specified and as directed. 39 Material & Labour for preparation of newly plastered surface of walls and applying two or more coats of exterior acrylic emulsion paint having required shade @ 1.67 ltr/10 sqm over a coat of exterior primer @2.2 kg /10 sqm all as specified and as directed. 40 Material & Labour for preparation of old existing treated plastered surface of walls and applying single coat ofexterior acrylic emulsion paint having required shade, all as specified and as directed.
