For Wooden Furniture, Steel Furniture And Tp Furniture. Non Quoting Of Rate For Particular Part Of Boq Shall Be Treated As Willful Negligence. Notwithstanding, If The Contractor Quote Rate "0" (Zero) Against Particular Item, The Contractor Shall Supply The Said Item "Free Of Cost" I.E. Without Any Extra Cost To The Deptt. No Representation From The Contractor Shall Be Entertained In This Regard.
