In The Event That Financing Has Not Been Secured By 31.01.2026, The Deadline For Providing The Services Is Up To 5 (Five) Working Days From The Date Of The Notification Of Secured Financing Sent By The Contracting Authority And Presentation By The Contractor Of The Specified Performance Guarantee, Under The Terms Of The Draft Contract. - The Term Of The Provided Hardware And Software Support Of The Equipment Is Until 31.01.2027. *** The Participant Must Be A Person Duly Authorized By The Manufacturer Or By His Official Representative To Carry Out Distribution/Sale, Software And Hardware Support Of The Offered Hardware Products On The Territory Of The Republic Of Bulgaria. The Participant In The Public Procurement Proves His Compliance With The Set Requirement By Applying An Authorization Letter Or Other Equivalent Document Issued By The Manufacturer Or By His Official Representative In Bulgarian Or Accompanied By A Bulgarian Translation In His Technical Proposal. In Cases Where The Participant In The Public Procurement Submits An Authorization Letter From An Official Representative Of The Manufacturer (Or An Equivalent Document), An Authorization Letter Issued By The Manufacturer (Or An Equivalent Document In The Bulgarian Language Or Accompanied By A Bulgarian Translation) Is Also Attached To The Offer, Which Authorizes The Official Representative Of The Manufacturer To Provide Authorization To Third Parties. *** The Requirement For Authorization At The Tender Submission Stage Is Justified By The Subject Of The Order And Represents A Guarantee For Its Timely And High-Quality Performance. In The Event That A Contractor Is Selected Who Is Denied Authorization By The Manufacturer, This May Lead To A Delay In The Execution Of The Public Procurement, As Well As To Its Termination. According To The Conclusions Of The Supreme Administrative Court, The Requirement For Authorization In Itself Is Not Restrictive, Insofar As It Is A Guarantee Of Quality And Reliability Of The Activity Performed.
