The Subject Of The Order Are Deliveries, Carried Out In Batches, Of An Aqueous Solution Of Ferric Sulfate Pix 113 For The Needs Of The Sewage Treatment Plant In Zakopane, Located At Ul. Kasprowicza 35C And Spyrkówka K. 21, In A Total Amount Of Approximately 144 Tons (One-Time Deliveries Of Approximately 24.0 Tons Each). Purpose: Removal Of Phosphorus From Sewage. 2. Important Provisions Regarding The Subject Of The Order: 1) A Current Certificate Is Required Hygienic For The Above-Mentioned Product, Issued By The National Institute Of Public Health And The Safety Data Sheet For Pix 113 Ferric Sulphate. 2) The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Control The Quantity And Quality Of The Delivered Pix 113 Ferric Sulphate. 3) The Indicated Quantities Of Pix 113 Ferric Sulphate Should Be Treated As Estimates. The Ordering Party Reserves The Right Not To Complete The Subject Of The Order In Its Entirety During The Term Of The Contract If Its Actual Needs Are Lower Than Those Originally Ordered. If The Quantity Of Pix 113 Ferric Sulfate Purchased During The Term Of The Contract Is Lower Than Indicated, The Ordering Party Has The Right To Withdraw From Further Purchases Without Any Financial Consequences And Without The Obligation To Pay Compensation To The Contractor. 4) Ordering A Smaller Quantity Of Pix 113 Ferric Sulfate Aqueous Solution Does Not Entitle The Contractor To Request A Supplementary Order Or To Demand A Cash Equivalent For The Unrealized Part Of The Estimated Quantity. 5) Ordering A Larger Quantity Of Pix 113 Ferric Sulfate Aqueous Solution Than The Estimated Quantities Does Not Entitle The Contractor To Change The Unit Price Specified In The Submitted Offer. 6) Throughout The Entire Contract Implementation Period, The Contractor Will Ensure Continuity Of Supplies And High Quality Of The Supplied Sulphate, In Accordance With The Quality Specification. 3.5. Requirements For The Delivery: 1) The Order Will Be Implemented Successively Throughout The Entire Duration Of The Contract, In Batches (Approx. 24 Tons At A Time), Depending On The Needs Of The Ordering Party, By Transport And Using The Contractors Unloading Device. 2) The Costs Of Transport To The Ordering Party And Unloading Are Borne By The Contractor. 3) The Contractor Will Ensure Continuity Of Supplies And High Quality Of The Supplied Sulphate Throughout The Entire Contract Implementation Period, In Accordance With The Quality Specification. 4. It Is Allowed To Use A Product Equivalent To Pix 113, I.E. An Aqueous Solution Of Ferric Sulfate (Fe₂(So₄)₃) Meeting
