Prior Information Notice For Public Road Transport Services – Bus-Linie L 13. The City Of Linz, As The Responsible Authority And Responsible Authority Within The Meaning Of Regulation (Ec) No. 1370/2007 (Pso-Vo), Intends To Conclude A Passenger Transport Service Contract. This Award Is To Be Carried Out As Part Of A Direct Award To Linz Linien Gmbh As An Affiliated Company And The Operation And Provision Of The Necessary Infrastructure Of The New Bus Line L 13 To Be Built In The Linz City Area (Route Expected: Karlhof, Ontlstrasse, Linke Brückenstrasse, Heilhamer Weg, Donauparkstadion, Gallanderstrasse, Shipyard, Eisenhof, Posthofstrasse, Harbor, Pummererstrasse, Industriezeile, District Heating Power Plant, Boschweg, Chemical Park, Coking Plant, Company Building 41, Company Building 02, Stahlstrasse/Fire Department, Factory Entrance A, Gaisbergerstrasse, Ebelsberg Train Station, Neufelderstrasse, Solarcity Center, Auhirschgasse, Bremenstrasse, Im Südpark, Schwaigaustrasse, Stieglitzweg, Oidener Strasse, Drosselweg, Pichling, Raffelstettner Strasse, Pichlinger See). The Term Of The Contract Should Be A Maximum Of 10 Years. It Is Clarified That The Choice Of Procedure Stated Elsewhere (“Negotiation Procedure Without Call For Competition”) Is Only Made For Technical Reasons Because The Relevant Selection Field On The Form Intended For The Publication Of This Prior Information Does Not Allow An Appropriate Selection. Deviating From This Information, The Planned Procurement Procedure Is Actually A Direct Award (To An Affiliated Company), Which Is Based In Particular On Article 29 Paragraph 3A Of Directive 2014/25/Eu (In Conjunction With Article 5 Paragraph 1, Second Sentence Pso-Vo).
