The Subject Of This Service Description Is The Scanning Of Current Case Files In The Above-Mentioned Specialist Service Of The Rendsburg-Eckernförde District Administration. A. One Of The Areas That Needs To Be Digitized Is The Infrastructure Specialist Service (Road Construction). The Rendsburg-Eckernförde District Is Currently Keeping The Electronic File Here With The Document Management System “Enaio” From The Company Optimal Systems. In Order For The Electronic File To Be Used In A Targeted Manner, It Is Absolutely Necessary To Completely Digitize The Ongoing Case Files In The Inventory Of The Above-Mentioned Specialist Service And Store Them In Enaio B. In Addition, It Is Planned To Do The Same In The Remaining Relevant Specialist Services In The Rendsburg-Eckernförde District And To Digitize The Ongoing Case Files. This Is Planned Over A Period Of 3-4 Years. The Service To Be Awarded Includes The Collection, Processing And Digitization As Well As The Subsequent Storage, Return Delivery Or Destruction (As Requested By The Relevant Specialist Services/Specialist Groups), A. Approx. 2,800 Current Case Files (See File Statistics) From The Infrastructure Specialist Service (Road Construction) And B. Approx. 41,100 Current Case Files (See File Statistics) From The Remaining Specialist Services/Specialist Groups. There Is No Obligation On The Part Of The Client To Call Off The Goods. For This Framework Agreement, The Following Maximum Value Applies To The Services To Be Provided In The Advertised Period: €1,275,000 Net. When This Maximum Value Is Reached, The Framework Agreement Ends Automatically, Regardless Of The Originally Planned Term.
