The Subject Of The Order Is The Development Of Design Documentation And Performance Of Construction Works Consisting Of The Installation Of A Fence, Construction Of A Path And Irrigation In The Silesian Botanical Garden In Radzionków, In The Design And Build System. 2. The Subject Of The Order Includes In Particular: 2.1. Developing Design Documentation Necessary To Obtain A Final Decision Allowing The Work To Be Performed And Construction Supervision; 2.2. Obtaining All Necessary Maps, Arrangements, Development To The Extent Necessary To Complete The Task; 2.3. Obtaining A Final Decision Allowing The Work To Be Performed Or A Certificate Confirming That There Is No Need To Obtain Such A Decision; 2.4. Surveying Services; 2.5. Dismantling The Fence Along With Removal And Disposal, Temporary Protection Of Access To The Garden With A Forest Net; 2.6. Installation Of Fences, Gates And Wickets; 2.7. Construction Of A Hardened Aggregate Dirt Path With An Entrance Square; 2.8. Execution Of External Irrigation Installation; 2.9. Carrying Out Cleaning And Restoration Works Of The Area After The Works Are Completed. 3. The Detailed Scope Of The Subject Of The Contract Is Determined By: Procurement Documents Within The Meaning Of Art. 7 Point 3 Of The Public Procurement Law, Including The Specification Of Procurement Conditions Together With Any Amendments And Explanations Thereof (Swz), Prepared In The Course Of The Proceedings And The Duration Of This Contract, And The Following Documents: 3.1. Functional And Utility Program Within The Meaning Of Art. 103 Section 2 And Section 3 Of The Public Procurement Law Along With Annexes: Legal Provisions And Standards Related To The Design And Execution Of Construction Works; Extract From The Local Development Plan (Appendix No. A); Extract From The Local Development Plan (Appendix No. B); Site Plan Of The Facility And Scope Of The Task - Annex No. C; Bill Of Quantities - Annex No. D. 3.2. Contractors Offer; 3.3. Material And Financial Schedule (Prepared Before Concluding The Contract); 3.4. Design Documentation (Prepared By The Contractor During The Execution Of The Order); 3.5. Offer Cost Estimate (In Simplified Form) Prepared In Accordance With The Bill Of Quantities And Indicating The Calculation Of The Offer Price Given In The Contractors Offer (Prepared Before Concluding The Contract). 3.6.
