Development Services Of Real Estate – General Contractor Services - Urban Development And Development Of The Im Eschental Building Area. Transfer Of The Necessary Organizational And Planning Services To An Experienced General Contractor. The Procurement Serves The Purpose Of Urban Development And Development Of The Im Eschental Residential Area In The Municipality Of Friesenheim. The Services Include The Development Management Tasks As Well As The Necessary Preparatory, Planning Services For The Development And Development Of The Building Area. The Service Is Commissioned In Two Parts: Part 1: Urban Development Contract Part 2: Development Contract And Implementation (Option) The Commissioning Of Part 2 Is Subject To The Proviso (Subject Of An Option Agreement) That The Development Of The Area (Development Planning, Land Regulation) Is Successfully Completed. The Structural Implementation Of The Development Measure Is Not The Subject Of This Procurement.
