Building Construction Work – Impact Project Ystad. The Institution In Ystad Currently Has A Capacity For Approx. 95 Women, All In Security Class 2. In Connection With A Recently Started Expansion And Expansion With An Additional 192 Places, There Is A Need To Strengthen And Adapt Several Functions Within Existing Operations. The Following Areas Will Be Affected In The Form Of Remodeling, Additions Or New Construction To Meet The Needs As A Result Of The Expanded Operations: * New Staff Areas * Central Guard And Incident Management * Medical Facilities * Laundry * Secluded Places * Admission And Registration * Visitors Department * Large Kitchen * Storage * New Warehouse For Production New Production Is Planned For Approx. 2,500 Sq M Bta, Remodeling And Extension Are Planned For 3,000 Sq M Respectively 600 Sq.M. Existing Buildings In The Area Affected By The Project Were Mainly Built In 1985. The Client Is Also Considering, Within This Contract, To Carry Out Reconstruction Into A Childrens And Youth Prison In An Adjoining Building Of Approx. 2,000 Square Meters.
