The Subject Of The Order Is The Purchase Of Interactive Monitors - 8 Pieces As Part Of The Implemented Project Titled Improving The Quality Of General Education In The Skołyszyn Commune, No. Fepk.07.12-Ip.01-0021/23, Co-Financed From The European Social Fund Plus And From The State Budget Under The Regional Program European Funds For Podkarpacie 2021-2027, Under Priority Fepk.07 Human Capital Ready For Change Measure 07.12 Education General. 2. If The Description Of The Subject Of The Order Would Indicate Trademarks, Patents Or Origin Of The Ordering Party In Relation To Certain Materials And Devices, In Accordance With Art. 99 Section 5 Of The Act Allows The Submission Of Equivalent Products. All Products From Specific Manufacturers Specify The Minimum Quality Parameters And Functional Features That The Goods Must Meet In Order To Meet The Requirements Set By The Ordering Party And Constitute Only A Quality Standard Of The Subject Of The Order. By The Provision Regarding The Minimum Requirements For Quality Parameters, The Ordering Party Understands The Requirements Of The Goods Contained In Publicly Available Sources, Catalogs And Manufacturers Websites. The Use Of Exemplary Manufacturers Names Is Only Intended To Clarify The Level Of Expectations Of The Ordering Party In Relation To A Specific Solution. Therefore, The Use Of Manufacturers/Products Names Is For Example Purposes Only. When Describing The Subject Of The Order, The Ordering Party, Indicating The Name Of A Specific Manufacturer (Supplier) Or A Specific Product, Also Allows Equivalent Products With Quality Parameters And Functional Features, At Least At The Level Of The Parameters Of The Indicated Product, Thus Accepting Every Product With The Indicated Parameters Or Better. In Such A Situation, The Ordering Party Requires The Submission Of Appropriate Documents (Along With The Offer) Confirming The Credibility Of These Materials Or Devices. They Will Be Subject To Assessment By The Ordering Party, Which Will Be The Basis For The Ordering Partys Decision To Accept Equivalents. The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Ask The Author Of The Design Documentation For An Opinion On The Offered Materials Or Devices. If The Contractor Does Not Submit Documents Regarding The Use Of Other Materials And Devices, It Is Understood That The Materials And Devices Proposed In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order Were Included In The Calculation Of The Offer Price. 3. Moreover, The Ordering Party Obliges The Contractor To Maintain Care For The Natural Environment By, Among Others, Eliminating The Use Of Single-Use Items Made Of Plastics, Abandoning The Use Of Disposable Packaging, Bags, Nets And Bags Made Of Polyolefin Plastics, Using Materials That Come From Recycling Or Are Subject To Recycling In The Performance Of The Contract, Etc.4.
