4.1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Purchase And Delivery Of A System For Recording And Managing Museum Collections, Including The Management Of Museum Processes And Procedures (E.G. Entry Of An Object Into The Museum, Acquisition And Accession; Internal Movement/Movement, Location Control, Lending/Lending), Etc., Together With The Software (Environment) That Has Been Implemented And Is Necessary For Its Proper Functioning (Both Application, Database And System Software) And Its Adaptation To The Needs Of The Ordering Party Described In Annex No. 1 To The Swz As Part Of The Project Entitled Cultural Heritage Of Podlasie - Digitization And Presentation Of The Collections Of The Podlasie Museum In Białystok4.2. The Scope Of The Subject Matter Of The Order Includes In Particular: 1) Installation And Commissioning Of The System For Use By The Ordering Party In The It Infrastructure Provided By The Ordering Party, 2) System Implementation, Tests And Power Supply Along With Data Migration From The Currently Used Mona System, As Well As Multimedia From The Ordering Partys Resources And Collected In The Mona System, 3) Granting A Non-Exclusive, Territorially Unlimited License For The Museum (Without Limit On The Number Of Users) For A Period Of 50 Years, For The Implemented System And For All Its Updates Installed During Duration Of The Contract For The Order In Question, Including Ensuring The Granting Of A License By Third Parties If The Implementation Of The Subject Order By The Contractor In Order To Achieve The Purpose Of The Order Requires It, 4) Training Of Employees In The Use Of The New System, 5) Provision Of System Guarantees, Necessary Changes, System Maintenance, Quality Of Support And System Expansion, For A Period Of At Least 48 Months From The Date Of Signing By The Parties Of The Acceptance Protocol Of The Implemented System, 6) Provision Of Support Services For A Period Of 48 Months From The Date Of Signing By The Parties Of The Acceptance Protocol Of The Implemented System System,7) Providing Development And Modification Services Of The System In Order To Ensure The Implementation Of The Ordering Partys Future Requirements Within The Development Hours Of 1,000 Hours,8) Providing A Portal That Will Act As A Website Presenting The Museums Collections, Enabling Users To Get Acquainted With Museum Exhibits And Collections In An Attractive, Legible And Compliant With Accessibility Standards,9) Providing A Content Management System (Cms) That Will Enable Editing And Updating Content On The Portal, Including Adding, Modifying And Deleting Articles; This Tool Should Ensure Simple Operation And Control Of User Permissions,10) Conducting Ux (User Experience) Research, Which Will Include An Analysis Of The Usability Of The Portal, Including An Analysis Of Users Needs And Expectations, Navigation Tests, Assessment Of Content Transparency And Ease Of Use Of The Functionality; Research Results Will Be Used To Optimize The Portal In Terms Of Intuiti
