The Detailed Scope Of The Order Is Included In The Annexes To The Swz: - Design And Construction Documentation (Appendix No. 1 To The Swz); Attention! To The Extent Indicated In The Bill Of Quantities. - Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works (Annex No. 2 To The Swz); - Bill Of Quantities (Annex No. 3 To The Swz); - Energy Audit Of The Building (Annex No. 4 To The Swz) - Draft Provisions Of The Contract (Annex No. 12 To The Swz). Construction Products Covered By The Order Should Meet The Requirements Resulting From Polish Standards Transposing European Standards Pn-En (Harmonized Standards). The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Choose The Colors, Type And Final Finishing Elements After Prior Presentation Of The Proposal By The Task Contractor.2. Materials/Trademarks/Equivalence:1) The Ordering Party Allows The Use Of Products (Materials) Equivalent To Those Indicated In The Documentation, In Accordance With Art. 99 Section 4 Of The Public Procurement Law, Provided That They Meet All Applicable Standards And Are Admitted To Trading In The Eu And Have Parameters The Same Or Higher Than Those Specified In The Procurement Documents And The Manufacturing Technology Is Maintained, I.E. As A Result Of A Change In Material, There Cannot Be A Change In The Manufacturing Technology, Which Would Result In A Change In The Technical Documentation.
