The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision Of Comprehensive Services, Maintenance And Ongoing Maintenance Of Electronic Security Systems Operating In The Royal Łazienki Museum In Warsaw. The Service Covers Maintaining The Full Operational Efficiency Of A Total Of Eleven Security Systems, Including: Integrated Security System (Zsb), Access Control System (Skd), Cctv, Fire Alarm System (Ssp), Intruder Alarm System (Sswin), Voice Warning System (Vs), Piccolo Personal Protection System And Other Cooperating Installations. The Scope Of Services Includes In Particular: Performing Periodic Technical Inspections, Ongoing Maintenance Works, Removing Faults, Restoring Full Functionality Of Systems And Maintaining Service Documentation. All Activities Must Be Carried Out In Accordance With Applicable Law, Manufacturers Guidelines, Rules For The Operation Of Devices And The Requirements Specified In The Regulation Of The Minister Of Culture And National Heritage Of September 2, 2014 On Securing Museum Collections Against Fire, Theft And Other Dangers Threatening Their Destruction Or Loss (Journal Of Laws Of September 19, 2014, Item 1240). The Contractor Is Obliged To Ensure The Continuity Of Operation Of The Systems Responsible For The Security Of The Museums Collections, Facilities And Users. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order Constituting Annex No. 9, No. 9A, No. 9B And No. 9C To The Swz (Appendix 9 - Description Of Systems With A List Of Facilities, Annex 9A - Description Of Work And Service Activities, Annex 9B - Description Of The Scope And Minimum Standard Of Provision Of Maintenance Services, Annex 9C - List Of Electronic Security Systems).
