The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision Of Comprehensive Cleaning Services For Buildings Located At Ul. March. J. Piłsudskiego 30, 30A And 30B In Chojnice. The Contractor Undertakes To Independently Control The Quality Of The Services Provided. As Part Of The Subject Of The Order, The Contractor Undertakes To: Perform The Work Reliably, Conscientiously And Properly; Provide Its Own Equipment, Tools And Other Equipment Necessary To Provide The Services; In Particular Mops And Mop Heads, Telescopic Poles, Buckets, Sponges And Brushes For Cleaning Sanitary Equipment, Microfiber Or Microfiber Cloths Separately For Cleaning Furniture, Windows, Floors, Sanitary Equipment, Electronic Devices, Ladders, Garbage Collection Bags, Professional Equipment For Cleaning And Washing Carpets Of Upholstered Furniture. Providing Services Using Clean Equipment, Tools And Equipment; Providing In-House Range Of Cleaning Products; Chemical Agents Used By The Contractor To Perform The Subject Of The Contract Must Have The Certificates Required By Law Authorizing Them To Be Used In Poland, Must Be Of Appropriate Quality And Meet The Requirements Arising From Environmental Protection Regulations, And Be Intended For Specific Activities And For Use On Each Of The Surfaces Used; Supply Of Hygiene Products That Meet The Following Minimum Parameters: Toilet Paper On A Roll, Two-Ply, White; Z-Z Folded Paper Towels, White, The Structure Of The Towel Is Compact After Using/Wiping Wet Hands; Soap Suitable For Use In An Automatic Foam Soap And Gel Soap Dispenser. Ensuring And Directing An Appropriate Number Of People (Staff) To Perform The Subject Of The Contract, Which Will Enable The Performance Of The Contract In Accordance With Its Subject And Content (Min. 3 People); Equipping Cleaning Workers With Aesthetic Work Clothes And The Necessary Cleaning Equipment And Cleaning Products; Training The Employees Performing The Subject In The Scope Of Occupational Health And Safety And Fire Protection Regulations Contract; Ensure That The Employees Performing The Subject Of The Contract Are Examined And Insured By The Regulations As Required By Law; Immediately Remove From Performing Activities, At The Request Of The Ordering Party, A Cleaning Or Supervising Person About Whom The Ordering Party Has Made Comments Regarding The Quality Of The Activities Performed By Him Or In The Event Of A Breach By Such A Person Of Other Terms Of The Contract; Segregate And Store Waste In Special Containers (Baskets, Containers) Intended For This Purpose, Placed By The Ordering Party In Accessible Places. Immediately Report To The Ordering Party Noticed Damage To The Water Supply And Sewage System, Sanitary Equipment, Etc. And Other Defects; Cleaning The Rooms In The Building At Ul. March. J. Piłsudskiego 30, 30A - Will Take Place On Working Days From Monday To Friday From 14:00 - 21:00 (With The Possibility Of Ordering Additional Services From Monday To Sunday).
