Part 1 - Development Of Technical Documentation Regarding The Renovation Of The Book Storage Connector Of Buildings A And C Of The Adam Mickiewicz University University Library In Poznań At Ul. Ratajczaka 38/40 (Basic Order) And, As An Option, Providing Authors Supervision During Works Performed On The Basis Of The Prepared Documentation (Optional Order). A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Was Described In The Functional And Utility Program And Documentation (Annex No. 8 To The Swz). The Answers Provided By The Ordering Party To The Questions Submitted By The Contractors Should Be Included In The Offer Valuation. Option Right - The Ordering Party Indicates That Regarding The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Contract Covered By This Order, It Provides For The Option Right Referred To In Art. 31 Section 2 And 441 Section 1 Of The Public Procurement Law. The Option Right Covers The Subject Of This Contract In The Scope Of Authors Supervision, In The Remaining Scope The Subject Of The Contract Is The Basic Order. Maximum Scope Of Options - A Total Of Maximum 5 Months Of Authors Supervision By The Contractor On The Dates Indicated By The Ordering Party, Falling Within A Period Of 3 Years From The Date Of Completion Of The Contract By The Contractor In The Scope Of The Basic Order. The Deadlines For Supervision By The Ordering Party Will Depend On The Deadlines For Carrying Out Work Based On The Design Documentation That Is The Subject Of This Contract In The Scope Of The Basic Order. In Cases Where The Description Of The Subject Of The Order Indicates Trademarks, Patents, Origin, Source Or Specific Process Characterizing Specific Products Or Services, This Means That The Ordering Party Cannot Describe The Subject Of The Order Using Sufficiently Precise Terms And This Is Justified By The Specificity Of The Subject Of The Order. In Such Situations, Any Reference To Trademarks, Patents, Origin, Source Or Specific Process Should Be Read With The Words Or Equivalent. The Ordering Party Reserves That All Names Of Materials (Products) Provided In The Swz Or Another Document Integral With The Swz Are Not Intended To Violate Art. 99 Of The Public Procurement Law, And Are Only Intended To Specify The Quality And Technological Expectations Of The Ordering Party. This Should Be Understood As Specifying The Required Minimum Operational, Functional And Technical Parameters Or Quality Standards. Whenever In The Content Of This Tor Or In Its Annexes, The Ordering Party Refers To Any Standards, Technical Assessments, Technical Specifications And Reference Systems, The Contractor May Use Standards, Technical Assessments, Technical Specifications And Reference Systems (Referred To In Article 101 Of The Public Procurement Law) Equivalent To Them.
