1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision Of Catering Services For The Needs Of Organizational Units Of The Senate Chancellery.2. The Subject Of The Contract Covers The Following Categories Of Services:2.1. Coffee Service: Basic And Extended Variant,2.2. Cocktail Service,2.3. Buffet Reception: Basic And Extended Variant,2.4. Przyjęcie Bufetowe Vip,2.5. Non-Standard / Individually Tailored Service - In Accordance With The Needs Of The Ordering Party, In Addition To The Above Categories.3. The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Combine Individual Categories Of Services. In The Case Of Combining Individual Categories Of Services, The Ordering Party Will Determine, Before The Meeting, Separate Or Joint Hours Of Serving Meals And The Price Of The Service, Which Cannot Be Higher Than The Total Sum Of Prices Offered For The Combined Categories Of Services.4. The Ordering Party Has The Right To Change The Number Of People Participating In Individual Meetings. The Final Number Of People Participating In Individual Meetings Must Be Provided By The Ordering Party No Later Than On The Last Business Day Preceding The Day Of Performance Of The Service.5. Under The Order, The Contractor Is Obliged In Particular To: 5.1. Preparing Dishes According To The Menu Selected By The Ordering Party;5.2. Transporting Meals And Serving Them In Accordance With Sanitary Requirements Regarding Food And Nutrition;5.3. Providing Fresh Food Products And Preparing Cooked Dishes On The Day Of Providing The Service;5.4. Preparation Of Reception Places Indicated By The Ordering Party, In Particular: Providing The Necessary Equipment, Setting Tables And Chairs, Covering The Tables With Tablecloths And Tableware Appropriate To The Importance Of The Meeting, Preparing And Setting Appropriate Decorations After Consultation With The Ordering Party;5.5. Preparing And Serving Meals By Persons With A Valid Medical Certificate For Sanitary And Epidemiological Purposes Issued In Accordance With The Act Of December 5, 2008 On Preventing And Combating Infections And Infectious Diseases In Humans;5.6. Waiter Service Provided At An Appropriate Level, In Accordance With The Rules Applicable In This Area, In Particular The Culture Of Service And Diplomatic Protocol As Well As Knowledge Of English, If Required By The Ordering Party. The Ordering Party Pays Particular Attention To Compliance With The Standards Of Cultural, Appropriate And Dignified Behavior Appropriate To The Place, Also In The So-Called Technical Facilities, Which Are Often Located In Close Proximity To The Workplace Of The Most Important People In The Country;5.7. Ensuring Uniform, Appropriate And Neat Attire For Meeting Staff;5.8. Providing Services Only Using Food Products That Meet Safety And Quality Standards;5.9. Estetycznego Podawania Posiłków;5.10. Ensuring Table Decorations In Accordance With The Arrangements With The Ordering Party;5.11. Providing Descriptions Of Dishes In Accordance With The Customers Requirements;5.
