The Subject Of The Order Are Geological (Drilling) Works, Including The Construction Of A Hydrogeological Hole With A Depth Of 94.0 M, On Plot No. 217/2 In The Town Of Kuchary, Gołuchów Commune, Along With A Full Scope Of Accompanying Works. The Purpose Of The Order Is To Construct A Well With The Correct Filtration Structure, Backfilling, Disinfection, And Purification And Measurement Pumping, In Accordance With Applicable Standards And Provisions Of Geological Law And Mining.1) Scope Of The Order Includes: A) Transportation Of Drilling Equipment, Drill Pipes, Filter Column And Pumping Equipment To The Construction Site, B) Assembly And Development Of The Drilling Rig, C) Drilling Of The Hole To A Depth Of 94.0 M, D) Piping And Filtering Of The Hole, E) Carrying Out Cleansing And Measuring Pumping, F) Dismantling The Drilling Rig After Completion Of The Works, G) Transport Of The Equipment And Drill Pipes From The Construction Site. The Scope Of The Order Also Includes: • Granulometric Analysis Of The Aquifer, • Physico-Chemical And Bacteriological Analysis Of Water, • Surveying Works (Designation, As-Built Inventory).2) Requirements For The Performance Of Works) All Works Must Be In Accordance With: • The Geological And Mining Law, • Applicable Polish Standards For Drilled Wells, • Documentation Hydrogeological,• Principles Of Geological Art.B) The Contractor Provides Full Equipment And Technical Support,C) Materials Must Be New, High-Quality And Have The Required Certificates,D) After Drilling The Hole, The Contractor Will Carry Out Cleaning And Measurement Pumping,E) The Contractor Will Disinfect The Hole,F) After Completing The Works, The Contractor Is Obliged To Tidy Up The Construction Site,G) The Contractor Will Provide Test Results And As-Built Documentation,3) Personnel Requirements: Geological Works Should Be Performed, Supervised And Directed Only By Persons Who Are Qualified To Perform, Supervise And Manage Geological Works In Accordance With The Act Of June 9, 2011, Geological And Mining Law. Moreover, In Accordance With Art. 81 Of The Geological And Mining Law, The Intention To Perform Geological Works Should Be Notified To The Starosta Of Pleszewski, The Head Of The Gołuchów Commune No Later Than 14 Days Before The Intended Date Of Their Commencement, And The Starosta Of Pleszewski Should Be Notified About The Collection Of Samples As A Result Of Geological Works, Within 14 Days Before The Intended Collection Of These Samples. The Detailed Description Of The Order Is Specified In The Design Documentation For Geological Works. The Works Covered By The Subject Of The Order Must Be Performed In Accordance With The Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of The Works.
