The Subject Of The Order Is: Provision Of Postal Services In Domestic And Foreign Trade For A Purchasing Group Established By: 1) Gorzów Wielkopolski City Hall, 2) Gorzów Family Assistance Center, 3) Municipal Municipal Waste. The Services Will Include, In Particular, The Collection, Transportation And Delivery Of Parcels And Their Return To The Sender, In Accordance With The Applicable Provisions Of Postal Law. 2. The Order Will Also Involve The Collection Of Ordered Economic And Priority Registered Letter Items, Parcels And Courier Items Along With Appropriate Documentation Confirming Their Quantity From The Following Locations: 1) Gorzów Wielkopolski City Hall Ul. Sikorskiego 4 - Main Office Five Times A Week (Working Days) From 2:00 P.M. To 2:30 P.M.,2) From The Individual Offices Of The Gorzowski Family Assistance Center Located At The Following Streets: Walczaka 42, Block No. 2, 2Nd Floor, Room No. 226 (Secretariat) And Teatralna 26, Room No. 2 (Information) Five Times A Week (Working Days) From 1:30 P.M. To 15.00. The Ordering Party Does Not Agree To Change The Hours Of Collection Of Shipments, As They Result From Organizational Issues Of The Ordering Party. The Monthly Fee For One-Time Collection Of Parcels Will Be Calculated For Each Point Separately. 3. The Order Must Also Include Transport And Delivery Of Parcels To The Addressees Indicated On The Parcels In Poland And Abroad, As Well As The Return Of Parcels If Delivery Is Impossible. The Place Of Delivery Of The Confirmation Of Receipt Of The Shipment (Zpo), As Well As The Place Of Return Of Undelivered Shipments, Is: 1) In The Case Of The City Hall - Main Office At Ul. Sikorskiego 4,2) In The Case Of The Gorzowski Family Assistance Center - Secretariat At Ul. Walczaka 42, Block 2, Floor 2, Room No. 226,3) In The Case Of Municipal Waste - Secretariat At Ul. Targowa 9, Floor 2, Room No. 2.09. Confirmation Of Receipt Acknowledged By The Addressee, The Contractor Will Provide Immediately After Delivery Of The Shipment. Detailed Information Regarding The Subject Of The Order And The Conditions Of Its Implementation Are Included In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order.
