The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Reduce Or Increase The Total Volume Of Gas Fuel. The Material Scope Of The Subject Of The Order Covered By This Procedure Is Determined By The Detailed Description Of The Subject Matter Of The Order (Appendix No. 5 - List Of Intake Points), Provided That These Are Only Indicative Of Gas Consumption And May Be Changed Without Financial Consequences Or Restrictions On The Part Of The Contractor Towards The Ordering Party. The Contractor Will Not Be Entitled To Any Claim Due To The Ordering Partys Failure To Collect The Expected Amount Of Gas Fuel Specified In Annex No. 5. A Decrease Or Increase In The Amount Of Gas Fuel Actually Collected In Relation To The Estimated Amount Does Not Entail Any Consequences For The Ordering Party (Recipient), Apart From The Need To Pay For The Gas Fuel Actually Collected At The Rates Specified In The Concluded Contract And Cannot Be The Subject Of Claims On The Part Of The Contractor. The Ordering Party Undertakes To Collect Guaranteed Amount Of Gas At The Level Of 80% Of The Specified Volume. The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Ensure The Standards And Quality Of Service For The Ordering Party In Accordance With The Applicable Energy Law Provisions. The Contractor Is To Ensure Continuity Of Supplies Without Any Interruptions In Supplies And Have A Reserve Guaranteeing Continuity Of Supplies. The Contractor Undertakes To Carry Out The Procedure For Changing The Supplier Of Gas Fuels And To Terminate The Existing Contracts For The Sale Of Natural Gas And The Provision Of Distribution Services (Comprehensive Contract) If Necessar
