The Subject Of The Order Is The Delivery Of A Compact Tractor With A Sweeper Used To Maintain The Pitch, Year Of Production Not Older Than 2024, With Minimum Technical And Operational Parameters Specified In Annex No. 4 To Swz.1. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Specified In Annex No. 4 To The Terms Of Reference.2. The Delivered Compact Tractor With A Sweeper Must Be Brand New, Complete And Free From Construction, Material, Workmanship And Legal Defects, Manufactured No Earlier Than 2024, Ready For Use, Prepared For Registration In The Republic Of Poland.3. The Delivery Item Cannot Be A Prototype, Test Or Demonstration Version, It Must Come From Mass Production.4. Required By The Ordering Party Min. Warranty Period For The Compact Tractor – 60 Months. The Offer Of The Contractor Who Proposes A Warranty Period Shorter Than 60 Months Will Be Rejected As Inconsistent With Swz.5. If The Contractor Does Not Offer Any Warranty Period In The Offer Form (I.E. Leaves The Declaration Regarding The Offered Warranty Period For A Compact Tractor Blank), It Will Receive 0 (Zero) Points In The Warranty Period For A Compact Tractor Criterion, And The Ordering Party Will Assume That The Contractor Offers A 60-Month Warranty For The Compact Tractor, Counting From The Date Of Signing The Acceptance Protocol Of The Subject Of The Order Without Any Reservations, Confirming The Proper Execution And Acceptance Of The Subject Of The Order.6. The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Perform The Order In Accordance With Applicable Law, The Ordering Partys Requirements Contained In The Order Documents And In Accordance With The Submitted Offer, In Particular With Due Care, Safety, Good Quality, Proper Organization And The Provisions Of The Concluded Contract. 7. If The Ordering Party Has Indicated In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order Trademarks, Patents Or Origins, Sources Or A Specific Process That Characterizes The Products Or Services Provided By A Specific Contractor, It Is Allowed To Offer Solutions Equivalent To Those Described, Provided That They Maintain The Same Minimum Technical, Quality And Functional Parameters, Etc. 8. The Contractor Who Refers To Equivalent Solutions Is Obliged To Demonstrate That The Solution He Offers Meets The Requirements Specified By The Ordering Party. In Such A Case, The Contractor Attaches To The Offer A List Of Equivalent Solutions Along With Its Description Or Standards. 9. If The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Includes References To Standards, Technical Assessments, Technical Specifications And Technical Reference Systems Referred To In Art. 101 Section 1 Point 2) And Section 3 And 5 Of The Public Procurement Law, The Ordering Party Allows Solutions Equivalent To Those Described. 10.
