The Scope Of The Task Includes The Provision Of Services Classified According To The Common Procurement Vocabulary Into The Category (Cpv Code): - 90511000-2 Waste Collection Services - 90512000-9 Waste Transport Services - 90514000-3 Waste Recycling Services - 90533000-2 Waste Management Services The Service Of Collecting And Managing Municipal Waste From Uninhabited Properties Located In The Żarów Commune Includes The Following Types Of Municipal Waste: A) Plastic Packaging (15 01 02), B) Plastics (20 01 39), C) Glass Packaging (15 01 07), D) Glass (20 01 02), E) Paper And Cardboard Packaging (15 01 01), F) Paper And Cardboard (20 01 01), G) Metal Packaging (15 01 04), H) Metals (20 01 40), I) Multi-Material Packaging (15 01 05), J) Biodegradable Waste (20 01 08, 20 02 01), K) Unsegregated Mixed Municipal Waste (20 03 01): The Service Of Collecting And Managing Municipal Waste Must Be Carried Out In Accordance With Applicable Law, In Particular: - The Act Of December 14, 2012 On Waste (Consolidated Text, Journal Of Laws Of 2023, Item 1587, As Amended) And Implementing Regulations, - The Act Of September 13, 1996 On Maintaining Cleanliness And Order In Municipalities (Consolidated Text, Journal Of Laws Of 2025, Item 733) And Implementing Regulations, - National Municipal Waste Management Plan 2028 (Kpgo 2028), - Resolution No. Xix/121/2025 Of The City Council In Żarów Of August 28 2025 On The Regulations For Maintaining Cleanliness And Order In The Żarów Commune, As Amended, 2. The Subject Of The Order Will Be Implemented Through: 1) . Collection Of Mixed Municipal Waste And Its Management. As Part Of The Collection Of Unsegregated (Mixed) Municipal Waste, The Contractor Is Obliged To Collect From All Uninhabited Properties Indicated In Annex No. 1 To The Contract All Municipal Waste Placed In Containers And Containers For Unsegregated Waste, As Well As Waste That Was Spilled From The Containers When Emptying Them, Blown Away Or Thrown Away By Third Parties (E.G. As A Result Of Acts Of Vandalism). The Frequency Of Collection Of Mixed Municipal Waste Is Specified In Annex 1 To The Contract. The Contractor Is Obliged To Collect Waste From Containers From The Place Where These Containers Were Placed Or Placed, And After Emptying The Container, The Contractor Is Obliged To Return The Container To The Same Place.
